What is incident management?
Incident management refers to an organization's wider strategic handling of an incident. It requires the coordinated oversight of a leadership group, which usually includes representatives from teams such as the executive board, IT, legal, communications and HR.
The following are some responsibilities an incident management group typically handles:

Awful. Lots of incorrect information, mistaken conflations of management vs response, and the use of an AI narrator is the final nail in the coffin. Avoid this at all costs. I'll be following up to try and get a refund, I think I've actually forgotten stuff from watching this slop. 20+ years experience in Incident Management btw.
