Course Description

#1 Best Selling Business Law Course on Udemy!

** Chris is the author of the #1 best selling business course on Udemy called "An Entire MBA in 1 Course." **

** ACCORDING TO BUSINESS INSIDER: "Haroun is one of the highest rated professors on Udemy, so you can expect to be in good hands through the course of your education." **

What kind of legal company registration should I set up so that I protect my family and assets if my company gets sued? How do I protect my brand and products and make sure that nobody can copy them? What red flags and issues should I watch out for so that my investors can't take a larger percent of my company if my company has issues? This course will answer all of the aforementioned questions and many more. We will go through the life cycle of a company from founding to a stock market listing (initial public offering) to restructuring and or declaring bankruptcy if needed (there are significant benefits to doing this in many situations).

The course is taught by an award winning business school professor who has started several companies and sits on many boards. He has dealt with many legal issues over the years and he will share a lot of his legal knowledge with you to ensure that you and your family have protection; please also hire a lawyer when starting a company and when dealing with contracts (don't ever do it yourself). Professor Chris Haroun is currently a venture capitalist in the San Francisco Bay Area during the day and a professor at several Bay Area graduate business schools during the evenings.

The class set in real time, with lots of real life challenges to get bigger rewards. Every module was simple and easy to get. Very warm and inviting tone. I will see if he has another Udemy class. I learned so much and super excited.

Not what I expected. I think the title of this course should be Legal and Financial Aspects of Equity Funding. The course has little to do with business law. Also, thank goodness for the transcript-- sound is poor and speaker trails off at the end of sentences/thoughts/paragraphs.

Not exactly what I expected, but I learnt what the course is all about. My only issue is not grasping the calculations because I'm not good with maths. But it's good experience and information.

In my opinion, this course is a great beginning of Business Law for entrepreneurs. However, there could be more information or material and more video content. Thanks.

God! I am learning a lot. Great time to continue growing and positioning my business in the best way possible while learning from a great teacher

Great course, but I felt like I may have missed some parts, or they were not added. You mentioned going into detail about some topics later on but either never did or I may have missed them. Either way, the course we very informative and gave me a good general understanding of the legal process at each stage of a company!

I didn't real understand the some part...may need more time to absorb...such as the case study in this course. I had thought the course will be similar with the business law course at college. but it is different. Thanks for his sharing of his knowledge combined with his experience.

By Errol Jackson on 3/21/2019

So far so good! Very straight-forward and succinct points that are easy to understand. He applies real-world scenarios and cases that entrepreneurs can take into consideration.

By Bryant Manchack on 9/12/2018

Very deep in describing business laws. Iv learned several things now that will help with my business in the short and long term security.

By Anthony Nguyen on 5/13/2017

The content and presentation was great. I reduced my overall rating from a 5 to a 4.5 because of the pie joke. Just kidding, I actually liked that one, dad jokes are hilarious for all the wrong reasons. In all reality, the course covered the topics thoroughly and connected the dots in a concise manner. The only knock I have is that the audio was a bit weak. If you can crank the volume a bit, this would definitely be a 5 star course. Thanks!
