I like the fact that an experienced attorney is teaching a paralegal course. She knows the expectations and duties of a legal assistant from the perspective of an employer.

I am learning more about the criminal side of my civil cases at Juvenile court. I do wish for this professor to slow down a bit your going to fast. With the resources given I am able to go back and read again to gain more extensive knowledge of criminal side of life. I have never heard in any of my criminal justice training about Louisiana modeled their system after the French system of civil law. Very intrigued to know more. I am enjoying her extensive knowledge and break down of the concepts of law.

yes! I want to go into law, but due to the fact that I'm 15 I've been looking for some introductory courses on legal concepts to help build myself an early base & enable me to apply my knowledge on legal systems & actions to everyday life, and then to build upon my base and learn more about specific fields of law, such as criminal defense/justice :)

My second legal course from this instructor and I am blown away!! So useful for beginners entering the legal field and a great addition of skills to your resume. I would absolutely recommend this course, and Effective Legal Office Administration, to anyone looking to work in any legal capacity.
