This course is designed to help beginners to get to grabs with building apps for the iPhone or iPad. The course goes from the basics of downloading the needed software, to building an app, and finishing with putting that app on your own iPhone.

This seemed pretty empty. Nothing of substance. I get this is suppose to be the most extremely basic of courses but still...I have seen better youtube tutorials. Maybe this is a work in progress and if so I will revisit and update. Maybe I got spoiled by real good courses on Udemy TLDR: I want my time back to invest elsewhere.

This course is a nice introduction but a little slow paced for my liking and the final app doesn't really do a great deal. I appreciate the effort put into creating the course all the same.

Great introduction course to give you a taste of developing iOS apps. The instructor gives a simple introduction to programming with Xcode and then helps you create two apps and run one of them on your own device. A++

I think it was way too basic and it was slightly boring at some parts. I do not think people buy an apple product and the next week they decided to take this course... People taking this course already have a basic knowledge. Other than that it was great and enlighthening, I wasn't expecting that build an app was that easy.. Thanks

extremely simple. a great introduction into the environment for creating apps using Xcode. Excellent job by the instructor my going slow and making everything clear. I would like to learn how to actually code with Xcode. J

instructions are well set but uses very slow computer to run a course is inefficient use of learners time and this is from last year and the software updates are not considered in the use of new versions to make it work for all- thx.

If like me you are a complete novice but would like to know how to develop apps then this is the course for you. Michael (or The Appy Teacher) really explains things well and makes it easy. Even have a couple of laughs along the way.
