Comprehensive overview, but outdated by now. It would be nice to have a few updates based off of the new interface for the app. Overall, good instructor with clear directions.

I like the fact that it's a practical class. I'd watch some sections, then go for a walk and try them out myself.

First, thoroughly comprehensive information about all features of Filmic Pro app. Second, quite some information about mobile filmmaking in general. Nice balance between the two. Most importantly the course is really about mobile filmmaking taking into account all the specific properties of mobile devices.

I'm at the beginning of my career shooting real estate video, with just an iPhone, in my family real estate agency. I bought many courses to learn the basics, and I decided to purchase Filmic pro, because of all the professional features, in order to shoot better quality video. I like so much this course, it's simple and practical, covers all the real issues that happens shooting interior spaces, as exposure, iso and so on. The teacher is easy to understand, also for not English people and the structure of the topics is clear and straight to the point. The only negative thing is that now the app of Filmic pro is slightly different in the menu toolbar, just because the new version.

This course is very comprehensive and well presented all the way through. Definitely enough good content in here to come away feeling confident with the Filmic App. Almost finished and looking forward to moving on to William's new course on the Blackmagic app! Thanks William!

Sehr viele Informationen, sehr gut dargestellt. Als Anfänger, fehlten mir ein paar Erklärungen bzw. Zusammenhänge. Besonders gut hat mir gefallen, dass die Version 7 von Filmic auch kurz vorgestellt wurde. Damit ist es leichter zu entscheiden, ob man bei der Version 6 bleibt, oder umsteigt.

The course is good and covers all settings in Filmic Pro. , There are areas that seem to take longer than necessary to get to the point though,. I mainly bought this course as I had the iPhone 13 Pro and the same Gimbal. However, I was really disappointed to find that section covers the DJI App and not Filmic Pro. The presenter is very nice, I have learned a lot, but I would be outraged if I had paid full price.

Very good match for me. I have been an amateur photographer for many years and to a smaller degree, used video. Got tired of carrying TONS of equipment around and when I bought an iPhone 12 Pro, I was blown away at the quality. I had a larger gimbal for my camera but the new DJI OM5 is so tiny and portable matched with my iPhone that this is my new go-to gear in travels.
