JavaScript 2019: JavaScript ES6 Certification Course (Udemy.com)

I watched this course to completion. Some sections I watched more than once. The presentation was clean, succinct and thorough. The ECMA 6 information is invaluable knowledge for serious JavaScript programmers. The course exceeded my expectations.

He created a method called fire as an example with an employee class. I found that disturbing. He could have used promote, inform, negotiate, benefit, raise, etc. He chose to use a negative action with a denotation and connotation that could make the viewer feel uneasy. Instead of using an example that was more inviting, engaging, and considerate of viewers, he used an example that could instantly cause the viewer to become upset and distracted.

Mark is an awesome instructor. This is a well thought out and prepared class. Mark talks in a clear and concise manner. Mark teaches in bite size portions and you progress feeling you have made good progress each lesson. I am nearing the half way point but so far so good. Thank you Mark, this course is giving me a solid foundation that I am looking for. I am disabled and this course I hope, will allow me to perhaps one day regain employment from home and help me provide for my family once again.

As someone with previous experience with JavaScript, this was a fantastic way to review and practice my knowledge, as well as dive deeper into specific topics. I've practiced old information, learned new information, and demystified things that were before confusing to me.

This was a really great course for me. Mark is a talented instructor, and he covers the essential must know aspects of javascript es6. Mark explains things really well, in plain language, which was very important to me. I particularly enjoyed the debugging challenges. Don't skip them because there is value in figuring out what's wrong with the code...there is one debugging challenge that had me stumped, but I finally got it! Finally Mark adds even more value by adding interesting projects at the end of the course that could be a nice addition to your professional portfolio.

At that time I was very satisfied with his way of lecturing and with the comprehensiveness of his explanations. After that when I wanted to master JavaScript I knew which course to choose - a course created and lectured by Mark. That's why I have chosen this course. I made a good choice again. This course covers all the basic elements for a good handling of the Java Script work. The course abounds with real problems from everyday life that can be solved with the help of Java Script, in more creative ways. The part with reading exercises is great and activates creativity in you and makes you invest more energy to make them work successfully. At the end of the course there are 4 real-life programs that were created with Java Script. I have to praise Jonah Castro - Assistant Instructor, who was always there to give support for all exercises during the course, but also to give some advice or suggest a way how some exercise should be made. She is very communicative and kind. Thanks Jonah. In one word an excellent and comprehensive course.

Mark is an excellent teacher. He methodically walks the student through each building block in a concise way. Its very easy to follow his teaching style, and my mind does not wander or lose focus like with other instructors Ive run across. This course is a great foundation.

Very informative course. The pacing is casual and the program is easy to follow. But more importantly, students become part of a supportive community. In addition to Mark and his assistant Jonah, students swap ideas and answer each other's questions It's been a great way to learn.
