Great refresher of terms/concepts even though I have PMP and PgMP with Agile background. Course also provides a great intro to Agile for those never having learned it before. Definitely would recommend.

As someone who has done Jira for a couple months now, I didn't find much new here, but still decent insights that you may have not discovered on your own. For a new person, especially someone BRAND NEW to the Agile method, this could be an all-round helpful course. But someone who has been brought onto an Agile project before might see this as more of a 15-20 min refresher course.

Sometimes I needed more context for what Patrick was doing. I understand that he was blitzing through all the features to show us everything. It was only when he created a project, associated the Confluence space did I get the context I needed. He had us practice, which was good, but also some exam questions would help solidify understanding.

It has been an amazing course so far, I left the other part for the star when am done with the course, it's very informative and goes deeper and confluence is well explained in this course, I'd recommend this course to anyone wanting to dive a little deeper with agile, Thank you.

I greatly enjoyed this course which gave me a great insight into Agile methods combined with Jira, Confluence, and Agile Project management tools. I am very new to all, so the pace was excellent for me to follow and take notes.

The instructor covers almost every thing about Jira and the integration between Jira and Confluence is very useful. One thing which can be improved is the organization of contents (some duplicates happen and deck styles change). And not very sure why Basecamp and Airtable are mentioned.

All concepts have been well explained. The demonstrations on Jira are also easy to understand and with a bit of practice one will feel very comfortable on the Jira software. Overall this course serves its purpose of not only introducing but also building a sound base of Jira. An area of improvement however is, the tests. Just one test and that too just in the form of a download and we participants not being able to first determine the answers on our own and getting them later checked or matched is a bit of a let down. Perhaps this aspect can be improved in this course.
By Kathy Reilly on 12/17/2020
This instructor's pace is just a little slower, which makes it easier to follow along when he is showing how to do something. There is still a translation problem, some of the words aren't being translated in CC accurately (Jira becomes Gure, Jury, etc.....)
