The videos are a bit out of date, since Jira has updated and changed the name of many aspects. However, if you are willing to watch carefully while trying it on your own, you can usually figure it out. However, as a teacher, the typos REALLY bothered me, especially when in the headings of the video sections.

The Jira course was easy to follow, and its design and structure were well thought out. The only potential improvement could be the addition of assignments and real-world cases for each topic, which would allow us to assess our understanding through practical application.
