Leadership & Negotiation Skills: A Practical Crash Course (Udemy.com)

Although I've already had a leadership role and collected more years of experience in my field, this course was still a good refresher for the finer details that need to be paid attention to. I recommend this course however for younger people starting out in their career but looking to move up. Remember, a leader is what you aspire to be, over just being a boss.

Thanks for Mirko who provided a simple to understand course for anyone who begins to learn what leadership is. It can be applied in work environment and daily life. I am inspired that leadership is to inspire instead of only managing the people. It would be good to have further step on this topic in the future.

Great course that I would recommend others to take it. I really enjoy the way the author structured the lecture. First, he provides a brief introduction of the topic, then he dives deep into the detail, then summarizes the contents at the end. The author provides a lot of practical examples that others can apply in personal or professional situations. Thanks for your good work.

This course is so good that I took it in one sitting! The instructor did a great job in keeping me engaged while delivering valuable stuff in a short time! Great! I recommend it!

the slides are very value adding and just serve as a slide show. the resources are the same, but attached separately as if they are different, and they are just the slides which are even less useful without the narration.

Having done the course I immediately started using the concepts. It also opened my eyes to the type of "leaders" I have worked with in the past and those I'm working with now. There's not much I can say in terms of improvement, this was very informative and I look forward to where this knowledge take me.
