I've had a fantastic experience and learned how to fix Wi-Fi, computer, and networking problems from top-level/general informative knowledge. I've had an experience with these already, but slicing down every topic, gave me a refresher, so this course really helped me a ton.

Thanks a lot for the course. Some of the sections where a bit too technical for people like me who didn't know a CPU from a RAM and I'd to check other sites or forums to get a clear picture but in general, the tutor explains a lot of concepts in a easy & simple manner. I especially like the section on Wifi connectivity issues. It was wonderful to know about the channels & frequencies and tools to manage wifi connectivity issues. I wrote a lot of notes and that helped me a lot too.

This is a very good class to take. If you happen to work in an office you will be familiar with some of the issues that the instructor speaks about. This class is important because he discusses everything from troubleshooting computers to printers. I prefer more picture demonstrations, but he still makes good points that are simple and easy to follow and understand. I will go over the networking section again for myself. I recommend this course. Thank you.

I would say that i knew most of the things you mentioned, but i didn't know the full details. This Course is amazing, very understandable. That'll help me along the way.

This is course is good for a beginner, unfortunately I am not a beginner, however if I were this would be a great asset to have. I did learn some new stuff towards the end of the series though, looking forward for the intermediate and advanced courses. As a follow up, would you make a course like this for the Chromebook and Google suite? Many schools are moving to Google suite of software for their online course needs and we are being asked to trouble shoot them. Thank you, Juan
