Kosh Sarkar's course covers Jira Cloud in eight sections, 82 lectures and about 10.7 hours. It opens with Scrum and Kanban basics, then splits by role: working in a team, leading one with boards, backlogs and sprints, and a long administration section on permissions, fields, screens and workflows. Team-managed projects and a 16-lecture Confluence block finish it. No prerequisites are listed, though a Jira Cloud instance helps for following along. The instructor is a certified Atlassian trainer.

Reviewers call the teaching detailed but simple, and one newcomer says it made agile concepts easier to follow. The complaints are about age. The current version of Jira is different from the version used in the course. This made a few things difficult, such as Issues is now Work Items. However, the navigation and core information is the same, which makes the course valuable. Confluence is also very different from the version used in the course. It takes me some time to figure out where to click.

Course give you good understanding about functionality of Jira and Confluence, but a lot of information is outdated. In 2026 interface of Jira and Confluence and are very much different to the version in the course. It took a lot of additional time to find all those functions in the new interface.
