An excellent overview of all the main components of JIRA! I'd encourage corporate users to just skim the JIRA Administration section, as much of that is likely controlled by a Data Management team. The Confluence discussion was very helpful and much appreciated - it fit in well with the main goals of the rest of the course. Thank you!

I wanted to see what could be done with JIRA and Confluence to present the possibilities to my manager. We are looking to move from Redmine and I think this course pretty much covered everything I wanted to know about. Though a bit on issue handling and linking to your repo would have been neat.

By Lee Collins on 11/18/2020

This course went above and beyond of all things Jira -- and Confluence! This was exactly what I was looking for in terms of a course that I can reference over and over again. Much appreciated!

I'm a new user, I will start using Jira next week in new role. I haven't learnt to use any new IT systems in a while so I'm rusty. This feels like a solid and comprehensive introduction and my confidence is increasing. Good so far.

Kosh has structured the course well, and explaining the features well. He is also explaining the history behind certain features - explain when it was introduced and the advantage it brings

By Patrick Bernier on 11/13/2020

Good class. Would be even better with recommended projects/exercises to complete. Just to be a little more pragmatic.
