OnSean (pronounced On-Shawn) is a true reflection of his innate talent and his upbringing. Born and reared in Georgetown, the Capital city of Guyana, he was always a natural singer and dancer and was much in demand as a soloist in church, even as a small child.  He moved to NYC as a teenager and began his professional singing and dance training in earnest. In addition to private coaching as a singer, he trained in dance with the Razz M Tazz Dance Company, the Eddie Torres Dance Company and many others.

Instructor is very knowledgeable charismatic and makes ever lesson an easy to understand and learn, I enjoyed the lessons and I appreciate that he shows different styles and levels in his team that tailor different dancers' personalities and skill levels/ I have taken many dance lessons in the past, and this by far ai above expectations!

I am Scottish living in France and have been taking Salsa lessons for 2 years. I have sometimes struggled because the teacher (who is excellent) is Cuban and all the lessons are taught in a mixture of French and Spanish, which can be difficult to follow at times. out teacher has informed us he will no longer be taking classes, so I decided to have a look at online courses. Having researched several courses, I decided that your course looked good. The fact that there was a one hour lesson available before I needed to commit to the course really impressed me, and gave a great insight into the quality of the instruction. Despite the change in terminology for the steps, and differences in style, I absolutely love my lessons. The fact that the instruction is in English, and being able to practice the steps repeatedly whilst referring to the demonstration by the teacher makes this a delight. In addition, having the teacher alongside other students, helps to give me confidence that even if my performance does not exactly mirror

Excellent course! Everything is so clearly and systematically demonstrated. I love the fact that I can view the lessons at half and three quarters speed and rewind again and again until I master the moves. And Seaon's energy and enthusiasm are positively infectious!

I am so excited to go through the entire course. It is very easy to follow and the instructor goes at a reasonable pace while making everything very clear. It is so much fun, I can't wait to learn more! I do wish that some of the camera shots would stay on the lead instructor, however, since it's occasionally difficult to follow the footwork of some of the other dancers.

Great, high-content course. Wouldn't mind a few side notes about, say, the way that leads communicate their intentions to followers, or what footwear is most appropriate.

really fun course. I like the moves and the styling.. I think the camera view should not change in the middle of the moves. It makes it a bit confusing when camera moves from one couple to another for from full view to legs in the middle of count etc it breaks the fluidity. Very nice otherwise..

I like the way he adds steps building up into a series--it means I can keep getting better with earlier steps as my body begins to remember later ones My only problem has been with the Braid step instruction--the video editing was so poor I eventually had to Google the step and get it finished with another instructor's video--I don't mind having the video jump from full body to feet but this section seemed mostly interested in shoulders!! Quite frustrating

Although this is an in-dept instructional course for salsa, it's probably not for a new beginner that just knows the basic steps. It really is more for intermediate or experienced dancers and a tad too fast and comprehensive for a true beginner. I ended up buying another beginner course that would be better utilized for me. I can always resort back to this course for additional instruction if needed.

Seaon "stylist" Bristol is incredible. As a beginner, myself, it's important to learn the fundamentals correctly. He teaches them so well and teaches you how to look good on the dance floor. Also, as a male salsa dancer, his embellishments (e.g., body rolls, shoulder rolls and shoulder shakes) are top notch. I highly recommend this video for any salsa beginner. Well worth the money!
