Learning JavaScript Programming Tutorial. A Definitive Guide (Udemy.com)

Great course! Lectures are informative and detailed, explaining what's being reviewed. Some things were a little over my head, being that I'm a beginner to Javascript but this was expected. It was a good overview of what to expect, as I pick up more on Javascript.

I like this course a lot - especially how short the videos are. The concepts are displayed plainly without a lot of distractions, and the short length of the videos helps to not get burnt out on a lot of information all at once.

Instructor is very efficient at showing the unexpected details

The instructor is very knowledgeable, but explanations can be improved, like showing why the keyword 'this' in an event handler function is referencing the currentTarget, people can't understand here or where fields and methods on browser API objects come from, and lot more similar stuff... A real programmer needs to understand the things under the hood and not just copy a pattern and use it.

This course is extremely thorough, and starts out slow, but you cannot get into programming too fast or you lose those new to the concept.
