Course Description

If you're eager to learn how to create SQL databases or more specifically work with Microsoft's T-SQL extension language, this course is for you. The tutorials are designed for the absolute beginner, meaning no previous experience with Transact is required. You will start by learning about databases, then jump into learning about the Microsoft SQL server. From there, Mark will teach you about the T-SQL foundations, how to create a database with T-SQL, and querying with T-SQL. This video tutorial also covers how to modify data with T-SQL, as well as T-SQL programming basics, such as comments, set and select, and batches. You will also learn how to program objects and create and drop indexes. Finally, you will learn to understand normalization and transactions. Once you have completed this computer based training course, you will be fully capable of using Transact-SQL to create your own databases and tables to select, insert, and manage data. Who this course is for:
  • anyone wanting to learn more about SQL database design and Microsoft's extension language
  • developers and IT professionals interested in Microsoft certification

Very Good Class - The instructor communicated in a way a beginner can understand!! I would like to take the advanced TSQL class. Is there one available?

This course is much more informational than I was expecting. Also, with such a pleasing voice, makes it so easy to listen to.
Wish I would have started sooner.

In this training he try to cover all topics. But, this all topics on basic level only. It is useful for beginners not for experienced persons. I am expecting more and deep T-SQL. Your need to add more real time examples.
Than you:)

Clear, easy to understand, interesting facts.

This is a great course for an introduction to T-SQL. I enjoyed the general theory around databases which this course provides but would have preferred some more examples and information on the execute commands and perhaps some regulary testing to check understanding.

Great Content; Great confidence from Tutor; Relevant Information; I recommend to anyone best choice; The Instructor was just very good and Voice projection so clear. Examples short, precise and informative. Keep it up

The course is only really about rudimentary Select, Insert, Update and Delete. Whenever you need to do anything more complex the trainer says find a book or read the documentation.

Very Good!!!

I did this course as a refresher of the information I learned during my university IT major and as a refresher it is superb. I forgot how much I forgot :) A lot of knowledge here, but as a starter - a very good choice to learn about T-SQL. Recommended wholeheartily!
