I couldn't get passed the awful glass breaking noise at the beginning of each video.

The learning itself was helpful to get to know the menu, however the intro to each video is very loud and annoying. The voice in the video is at a lower volume setting then normal so the speakers/headphones need to have the volume turned higher to understand what is said and each and every little intro gives you a mini heartattack.

There is no sound explaining what to do for a beginner. It just shows visuals and moves through very quickly. Its suppose to be for beginners and it only shows the free version, not SketchUp Viewer. On mine there is no option to select a template so I am not sure how to get there.
