Instructor Bio

I am an executive coach who specializes in helping leaders decide what to say and how to say it. I coach executives to speak with authority and authenticity, whether they are communicating to employees, the board, or customers. In other words, I make it easier to be the boss.
My clients range from well-funded Silicon Valley startups to Fortune 500. While I am based in the San Francisco Bay Area, I travel about 100K miles a year to work with teams around the world, coaching leaders 1:1 and facilitating leadership offsites and executive retreats.
