Learn to Master the Financial Tools that Many of Us Were Never Taught

Your ability to use modern financial tools and systems is a crucial ingredient for a successful and happy life. Credit scores, credit cards, student loans, mortgages, tax-deferred investment accounts, and financial instruments like index funds, mutual funds, ETFs, stocks, and bonds are fundamental to existence in our modern world. The topics in this course are relevant to people in all developed economies.

Ignorance is an expensive choice and there are plenty of organizations who would be happy to keep taking advantage of people who can’t navigate these systems. In this financial empowerment series you won’t get bombarded with boring math formulas. You’ll have fun. Let’s take on the system together.

Four Core Skills as the Heartbeat of Your Financial Future

Perfect for smart people who are starting to work, save, and build wealth, through this financial empowerment course you’ll learn how to use credit and debts, how to manage your cash flow, how to save and start investing, how to buy real estate in your name, and more.

Starting with a section on building, managing, and using your personal credit and managing debts, you’ll learn how to use master some of the financial systems that we interact with on a daily basis. By understanding the different levers in credit, interest rates, and debt many people will be able to instantly apply their learnings to save thousands of dollars or more... quickly.

After mastering credits and debts, the series will take you into the Eazl Cash Flow Dojo where you’ll learn more about income and expense management. You’ll have an opportunity to put your learning into practice immediately by developing a snapshot of your personal cash flow.

Once you’ve mastered the use of credit, loans, and cash flow you’ll work on developing an investor’s mindset. You’ll learn how to use tools like ETFs, index funds, and tax-deferred accounts as tools for growing your wealth. The series will address core investing principles like the risk/reward relationship, asset diversification, and speculation vs. investing.

You’ll learn how to acquire real estate and use mortgage loans in the final section of the series. Complete with Eazl’s proprietary Home Buying Cheat Sheet, you’ll learn how to build your real estate acquisition team, how to negotiate with sellers of properties, how to get a good deal on a mortgage, and how to lower the transaction costs associated with real estate acquisition.

Those who complete the course will receive a verifiable certificate and everyone who participates will have access to a suite of support resources from the team at Eazl.

Got general info about credit cards and some insights.

By Tina on 9/28/2020

Great foundation of financial topics in a single course. Ideal for those just getting started in their financial lives and a good refresher for those who've been going a few years.

By Shruti Thaneshwar on 9/13/2020

Learned so many new things about financial measures...and this is an amazing course which includes all practical examples

By Mark Chaffe on 9/10/2020

Further into the course there was more information that I did not already know. The course would be excellent for someone with no previous knowledge of money management. Unfortunately, some of the advice is targeted at people with a high base income and not applicable to people who would really need the basic information. This might be discouraging to some participants.

Outstanding! Used the principles from this course (first 2 sections) to get myself lower rate of interest on my home loan from bank by utilizing information from my credit score! All you need to do is talk to bank in their terminology using your financial info and good scores and it works. Fantastic course.. Thanks Davis and Eazl! Gonna buy more good courses from you. Keep them coming!

I finished the whole course because it was easy to watch and I was learning a lot.

By Vickee on 4/11/2017

I enjoyed this course. The instructor seems to speak from experience. It's also not boring. I was worried about that because most courses on personal finance issues are very dry. This was actually a fun and useful course.
