You Can 20x Your Productivity by Developing Prompt Engineering Skills for Business
Welcome to the future! Artificial intelligence and large language models like ChatGPT are revolutionizing how businesses operate. These powerful technologies can automate workflows, enhance productivity, and uncover game-changing insights.
But harnessing their potential requires skill. You need to know how to speak their language--how to architect the perfect prompts to guide your AI assistant. That's what you'll learn in this cutting-edge course.
Inside, you'll discover the art and science of prompt engineering from AI expert and veteran online instructor Davis Jones. His plain-spoken, engaging teaching style has already helped nearly a million learners globally. Now he's crafted an immersive learning experience to make you a prompt pro.
In bitesize video lectures and active learning exercises, you'll codevelop prompts with Davis step-by-step. You'll start by structuring high-level prompts using his ICO framework--Instructions, Context, Output. From there, you'll move on to advanced techniques like emotional appeals, delimiter tags, markdown formatting, and output handlebars.
You'll also get to participate in an interactive prompt design simulation that provides real-time feedback on your approach. Plus, you'll meet AI experts in the "Voices from the Field" video segments and discover how they leverage prompts in their day-to-day work.
Along the way, you'll build real-world business prompts, like pre-screening warranty claims or summarizing research reports. And you'll gain lifetime access to Davis' library of super prompts for business tasks like:
Preparing for negotiations
Screening resumes
Preparing reports
Creating marketing plans
Developing Job Descriptions
...and much more!
The course also comes with a comprehensive study guide covering key concepts, definitions, citations, an outline of course modules, and links to external AI ethics and safety resources.

As a complete AI novice, it was an eye opener to see how AI can be prompted in different ways with a set of easy-to-use instructions, context and output specifications. I'm looking forward to test it out and learn more! Thanks for a great pratical course.

for a newbie on promo engineering this was very helpful to understand the basics. I loved the explanation and then follow by examples and then role play. this is great for how I learn.

Alot of information to take in and utilize. The Role Play would be good for people who have a bit more knowledge of Prompt Engineering. Will probably need to go through this again to get the full benefits.

This course introduced me to the ICO Framework, which I was previously unfamiliar with. I can clearly see its potential to improve my prompts and, consequently, the quality of my work with AI. I highly recommend this course.
By Jeremy Baran on 2/26/2026
After changing my browser the course progressed without getting hung up. So far I have found the course to be simple and easy to follow and understand.
By Steven Taggart on 1/13/2026
The course was excellent. I was able to utilize the prompt engineering tactics and strategies to save hours of work almost immediately. The course is easy to follow and engaging. My only knock is that the course resources are mostly on Google Drive, which is blocked by my employer for security purposes. I think that another tool that is more secure would be better to use.
By Monique Gethers-Williams on 1/8/2026
Needs to be more real life scenarios and the terms were more for advance prompt engineering. Needs to be a Prompt Engineering for Dummies then once you go that course then you can proceed to this one.
