Very interesting topic. Good explaination. Video #6 has black screen with only audio around 11:25. The reason for only 4 stars is you're using Python 2.7 which is due to deprecate early next year. I wasn't clear on the resolution. It sounds like if the fee is >85, the customers will churn. Does that mean the business will need to reduce fee or can the company add other incentives to keep the customers. You started on the topic of SVM, but not provide sufficient detail.
