Learn Database Design with MySQL (Udemy.com)

This is a great course. It was a definite help for setting up my own database and online CRM. The points where the educator makes errors is also very informative as it highlights where errors can easily occur and a fix to the error is given. Didnt give 5 stars as update on information of mysqli is needed.

I really enjoyed this course. The instructor was clear, easy to follow, and very knowledgeable abut the subject matter! I would recommend it to learn more about MySQL and databases. The only drawback is the PHP section which needs to be updated- the boostrapper site has changed and it was difficult to navigate through the last section with an outdated video.

Its a nicely designed course for a quick understanding of database and its implementation through PHP, so it does come as kind of a complete package. However, designing of the entire store website with the use of this database would have been even better although that could be added into this course with the help of a few more videos. Kudos to the instructor :)

All in all, I thought it was a great course, I'd recommend it. It was clear the instructor was very well versed in technology. I originally was disappointed that the "Delete" Didn't get covered in the PHP section but the course was very good that I was able to add in the delete buttons and get it working so I upped my review and would recommend this course

The lesson taught me an easy way to create dynamic web applications using mySQL and PHP. It is a great starting point for people who first start developing full-stack web applications and for those who are more advanced to undestand the fundamentals better.

This course is not for SQL beginners. It requires you to know SQL because the trainer does not go in depths of the queries . I would recommend this course only if you are a bit familiar with SQL. The trainer explains the topics well but he missed out on one. In his last video, he was supposed to explain about adding the delete button in our application but I guess he forgot to do so(maybe he will update the video in the future accordingly).

the instructor is amazing , he is teaching everything in details but there was a lesson missing in the videos . how to delete data from a database using the browser was missing from the videos but as an overall experience , it was great and i learned the important basic especially that the tutorial was on point of everything i needed .

I was hesitant since the course was "FREE", I did not expected much- I WAS WRONG! Thus far the lessons have been excellent, the instructor dots the I's and crosses the T's, doesn't leave anything out. I specially liked some errors on the code, and how the instructor had to go back and "think" what the problem was, since it gave a real live scenario of what can go wrong, why, and how to fix it. Looking forward to the PHP course after this one. Thank you

Easy to understand. Not quite for a computer newbie but I guess I can put up a pretty complex web app after learning this. The info provided is just enough to get you accomplish the project , and doesn't get you into trouble of dwelling with complexity of high level php or mysql. Sure you can dig deeper into documentation, but for a tutorial the info provided is just perfect in terms of quality and quantity.

The course is really simple and clear. I like the fact that the instructor does the coding live, so you see the mistakes that can happen and why. It add a feeling that hey, he's not perfect, he's doing it, so its within reach. No snippets. Think you forgot the delete section for the database though
