Course Description
What is the difference between the freelance videographer who gets paid $30/hr and the professional who can charge $110,000 for a final video?
Hint: it is NOT their editing skills.
In this course I am going to show you how to make videos that big companies will pay you thousands for ... videos you already have the skills to make.
More specifically, I will walk you through the exact process I have used to land video projects with Dish Network, American Express, Amazon, The Home Depot, Microsoft, T-Mobile and a bunch of other brands
Here is the best part: You do NOT need exceptional editing skills, current clients or industry contacts. The strategies taught in this course are guaranteed to increase your video production earnings whether you are a veteran or are just getting started.

"This course is, by far, the best course I have taken here on UDEMY. The production is ultra-professional, the content is compelling and engaging and Logan hosts it with a perfect blend of professionalism and subtle humor." - Christian
"These have been VERY insightful Logan. It's so funny that I came across your learning program cause I JUST got a customer (who is a big company here in Nashville) but I mainly shoot stills. And as I left their office, I was pumped but I was like "what the heck am I gonna make it about? And why is this so hard for me to get my head around why I feel so lost and anxious like I don't know what I'm doing" haha. Even if I learned NOTHING else (which hasn't been the case) the money for this course is worth even the first two lessons ... Golden nuggets here Logan. Seriously, THANK YOU. I was about to make this video for this company in HOPES that they like it. HAD NO idea about any of this stuff. AND I went to college for film and audio, this is the first time of heard any of this. I could go on FOREVER but I can't tell you how grateful I am that you created this course and I can't stress enough that this showed up JUST in the nick of time. Excited to keep learning!" -Dan
"Awesomest video course ever ever ever! I will give 6 stars!!!" - Syed
"Make The Right Video will actually teach you something that you DON'T know! If you are a photographer, designer, or any sort of creative this course will help you out because the focus isn't on how to make the VIDEO right but how to make the RIGHT video." - Aaron

I am 20 videos into the course and have yet to hear anything practical that I can use in my day to day working as a video producer. I have reached 86% of the course and have decided not to continue with it any further. The course is disjointed and the instructor doesn't do a good job of introducing the tutorial section into the program. As a fellow creative I am happy so many have shown support to this course yet disappointed because it does very little to teach me anything new or truly usable that would differentiate myself from other filmmakers.

Very nice course, thank you! Nice instructor, valuable material! Recommend. Before I took this course I already learned a lot about video producing & advertising, but it was just too much information in my head and I was pretty confused. This course was very helpful in the organization of all the information I already know, to put everything to his place and I got many new data which are helpful in making the right video!

I've produced video and TV spots but I've never worked for an ad agency. Some of our smaller clients need us to come up with the creative rather than simply executing the production. This was a great breakdown and protocol for a process we've been doing intuitively. Having some rules and procedures for the creative brief and the creative meeting was especially useful for me, but it was all well told and concise. Good job, Logan.

It's a good learning course for even the beginner. The concepts of human interaction are displayed well and put into a "simple enough" format that it makes sense. You have to pay attention and have something in your mind to apply it to and be a bit of a creative yourself. He's not going to make you creative but he makes your creativity able to escape. I think my videos are going to get better now. Thanks

It is well rounded from the initial (and desired) video objective set up and further planning towards final video distribution. It's informative and brings a lot of logic into the video making activity. Useful templates are provided in this course (message objective, creative brief, creative meeting set up), the Creativity part is very well covered (sliced in logical steps to be taken to generate many ideas and to push them into an efficient funnel with the scope of decide what Big Idea to be produced). I would say: this is awesome video project start-to-end planning break down not to be missed!!

So many people think that production is the only thing that exists when making a video. When you add the money and client aspect things usually go south when you're not prepared. This is the course to get you through that WITHOUT making the mistakes that most rookies make. Boy am I glad I got this course. The only negative comment I have is that the quizzes could be a little bit more in depth.

Logan is not only an awesome friend of mine but an awesome mentor! He is very knowledgeable in his profession and provides top quality work, no matter what it is. This course is awesome. The two things that he focuses most is the creative process and the distribution. It is so important that those two are understood. How are you able to make an amazing video in your production phase if all you have is really crappy ideas and not enough research? What's the purpose of having a really great video if nobody sees it or knows about it. This has been an awesome and well thought out course that has provided some high quality information that should not be taken with a grain of salt. I was just hired onto a team to be an associate producer and the information I will be able to apply from this course is invaluable.

Well made, but low on info at the start. Overall it's more theoretical and low on practical. But what is there is definitely useful for those working with clients and creative teams to produce videos. Nice delivery and well produced video and motion graphics - and I like the instructor - however, often the videos finish too quickly, as if hastily edited, sometimes at the expense of the end of the sentence being spoken. It's sometimes hard to know what is the key information - e.g. Inception has it's own course so it's not even properly explained in this course. Hence not 5 stars.

This course contains a lot of information that I don't believe most potential video makers are really aware of. I found the material interesting and definitely worth incorporating into your video projects. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating is that almost all of the Lectures end very abruptly (almost like in the middle of a sentence) and picked up abruptly in the next lecture. I found that very disconcerting. If the instructor would go back and add a short maybe 2 second trailer on the end of the lecture even if just audio it would make it a lot better. At least to me. Great course even with that and I do recommend this course because the information is very good. Thank You.

Discover the difference between eye candy and substance in filmmaking. Pleasing the eye is a great thing, but it is a shallow pursuit without solid communication of clear ideas. Logan Bean makes a great case for substance and, most importantly, shows us accessible ways to add this depth to our video work and make the right video. Eye candy is still recommended, and with the right approach, can really add punch to 'the right video'! Great work!
