A couple of thoughts: Please add a variety of music. 2) Please include names of the major lymph nodes all the time, rather than moving the lymph “over there,” and or “back there. Repetition is helpful, especially in the beginning. Otherwise, very good info. ”

This was a very different and unique course. The overall feel, energy, and structure was very different than what is out there. He has quite a lot of energy and is very fun to watch. He also explains things a few times in a few different ways so its easy to stick. I most enjoyed his detailed practices that are then replayed with no audio. Its very helpful to watch it with all the explanations and then watch again and soak it all in with no distractions.
