The class is strong because the instructor not only explains each quality tool clearly but also demonstrates how to apply them directly in Microsoft Excel, which makes the concepts immediately usable.

Ray Harkins is a very good instructor who explains everything in great detail. In the 7 Quality tools, he not only explains the tools but also provides direction on how to further advance your knowledge to master these tools.

Could have been more concise. Flow chart portions were very basic. Containment checklist could have been substantially more informative but felt repetitive instead.

This course is a clear explanation of the 7 quality tools and their applications. The instructor makes all the concepts easy to understand and the Excel examples are a good starting point to experiment with the quality tools. The only negative is the absence of some real case exercises or a milestone project to put everything together. Excellent course overall.

Great, informative review of the seven quality tools mentioned in this course. There is another section called "Extra Material" which have lectures on how to use Excel with some of these quality tools. Unfortunately, even though they are "extra", this section is still required to be completed to get your certificate. Nonetheless, I enjoyed the teacher and the course.

Great explanations of the 7 quality tools. The material is easy to understand and apply. Excel examples are great! There could've been a little more examples on pivot tables but otherwise this course is great!
