I very much appreciate the useful steps in certain sections of the course - steps that I wrote down in my Journal app as a way of remembering the small steps I can take when I need them to help develop resilience.

I now know how to deal with a menta health case. It is important to identify the triggers for early support. Need to deal with mental health stigma as is very common in our society and hinders support for the mental health cases.

Easy to understand and useful content allowing to understand the signs of depression and other metal health illnesses. It should be mandatory training in my opinion at least for management group, to allow to identify the early signs of mental health issues within their teams to be able to direct employees to help they might require.

This course had interesting information but no practice in identifying the information utilized. It would have been helpful to have more examples with quizzes that show options for identifying the different kinds of cognitive distortions, for example. That way the information could be checked against real world examples so that it would be easier to identify these conditions outside the course.

This course has already gave me a greater understanding of mental health and all that it encompasses. I would like to learn more about how to discuss mental health concerns with others. At the halfway point now and I am amazed at the amount of information there is regarding mental health. The red flags were especially interesting and I will keep out for those warning signs in myself and my loved ones.
