Course Description

This Microsoft Excel Advanced Formulas and Functions training course from Infinite Skills takes you beyond the basics of Excel, and teaches you how to use the advanced formulas and functions in this spreadsheet program by Microsoft. This course is designed for users that already have a basic working knowledge of Excel.

I consider myself to be an advanced Excel user and found the material including the basics to be thorough, concise and great as a refresher. None of the sections were verbose at all and communication was very clean. I did not find it difficult and believe even for a novice to intermediate, the lecturer would succeed in teaching, especially with the Excel files that are included as course material. There were many areas/tools of Excel that I was unaware of so very happy for the exposure.

This course is helpful and taught me about functions I didn't know about. The instructor spent an appropriate amount of time going through the functions for the most part.

I don't use Excel everyday at work, but I want my Excel skills to remain strong. So, I scour the Internet looking for inexpensive or free Excel courses that systematically cover basic, intermediate, and advanced techniques. I try to do something in Excel every day. This course is great for that purpose. It provided a great review and I also picked up a few very helpful tricks.

Great step by step overview of each function and command on excel, however it did not delve in a a mixed, advanced set of possibilities where multiple functions are utilized to solve realistic, practical problems. Overall, a solid way to integrate new commands with practice with a straight-forward lecturer.
