Our take

Based on the ratings of 3,641 students, a sample of their written reviews and the syllabus, as the course stood in September 2026. No course pays to be reviewed.

Pavan Kumar's Intune course is a 21-hour, 176-lecture walk through Microsoft Intune. It starts with tenant setup, then covers Windows, Android and Apple enrollment, Autopilot, app protection, Conditional Access, Endpoint Analytics and the newer Intune Suite. The syllabus shows an update in September 2026, which matters for a product that changes this often. About 20,900 students have taken it. Despite the All Levels label, it is really for IT people who already know Windows, networking and basic server admin, and who can build a test lab.

Reviewers like the detailed demos. Words that come up are well organized, clear and in depth, and one person singled out the end-user experience videos. The complaints are just as consistent. Several reviewers find the instructor hard to follow, citing the accent, pronunciation or a fast pace, and one low-star reviewer leaned on captions. Some labs feel rushed. Others say a chapter gives a minute or two of explanation before jumping to a practice lab and quiz. A 2020 reviewer also found the course messy and was surprised by the on-premises Active Directory setup.

With a 4.3 rating across 3,641 reviews, most of them four or five stars, it holds up well as a hands-on tour of the product. It suits an admin who learns by following demos and is happy to pause and replay. Turn the captions on. New IT learners will probably struggle, and the archived old-portal sections are best skimmed. Skip those and there is still plenty left.

Best forIT admins who learn Intune by watching long, detailed demos and then repeating them in a test tenant.
Skip it ifYou are new to IT or need a slow, clear speaker; some reviewers struggled with the pace and accent.

Pros

  • Long, detailed demos for Windows, Android, Apple and Autopilot enrollment, praised as clear
  • Updated September 2026, with newer topics like Windows LAPS, Endpoint Analytics and the Intune Suite
  • Practice labs, 24 quizzes and 36 articles are built in alongside the videos
  • Well organized, with 25 sections running from tenant setup to RBAC and Conditional Access

Cons

  • Fast speech and a hard-to-follow accent come up in several reviews; captions help
  • Labs can feel rushed, with little explanation before the practice and quizzes
  • Old-portal archive sections remain, and the on-premises AD lab setup is not flagged up front
wonderful course and great / detailed explanation of main functionalities of Intune. Really helpful and became more knowledgeable in Intune

Labeled All Levels, but it assumes Windows, server and networking basics plus familiarity with phone settings.

Course Description

This course has free self-practice labs as part of this course.

Microsoft Intune is a cloud-based service focusing on mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM). You control how your organization’s devices are used, including mobile phones, tablets, and laptops. You can also configure specific policies to manage applications.

For example, you can prevent emails from being sent to people outside your organization. Intune also allows people in your organization to use their devices for school or work. On personal devices, Intune helps ensure your organization's data stays protected and can isolate organization data from personal data.

Intune is part of Microsoft's Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS) suite. Intune integrates with Azure Entra ID (Azure AD) to control who has access and what they can access. It also integrates with Azure Information Protection for data protection. It can be used with the Microsoft 365 suite of products. For example, you can deploy Microsoft Teams, OneNote, and other Microsoft 365 apps to devices. This feature enables people in your organization to be productive on all of their devices while protecting your organization’s information with the policies you create.

With Intune, you can:

  • Manage the mobile devices and PCs your workforce uses to access company data.

  • Manage the mobile apps your workforce uses.

  • Protect your company information by helping control how your workforce accesses and shares it.

  • Please make sure devices and apps are compliant with company security requirements.

  • Choose to be 100% cloud with Intune or be co-managed with Configuration Manager and Intune.

  • Set rules and configure settings on personal and organization-owned devices to access data and networks.

  • Deploy and authenticate apps on devices -- on-premises and mobile.

  • Protect your company information by controlling the way users access and share information.

  • Could you make sure devices and apps are compliant with your security requirements?

This Course is fully updated with the latest changes that reflect Microsoft Endpoint Manager Intune.

Nice! Glad to hear that — hope you really enjoy the course and get a lot of value from it. If it’s an Intune course, you’ll find it super useful for: Device management App deployment Security & compliance policies Troubleshooting real-world IT issues If you ever get stuck or want help with any topic from the course, just ask — I’ve got you

Lectures were good. Sometime it was hard to understand the accent. Better use your normal accent. Also for few demo's instructor was trying to rush to finish off the labs. Could have slowed down. Going forward create a fictitious company with real world scenarios and do the labs. This will give better learning experience.

Thank you Pavan, for providing such clear and comprehensive explanations in the demo videos on end‑user experience. The content has been exceptionally helpful and I sincerely appreciate the effort and expertise you have invested. This course is outstanding, offering in‑depth and well‑structured coverage of Intune concepts.

Its bit difficult to understand for a new student, what you are welling to do. it would be better if you do a fresh course with videos only and remove or put the rest of the things separate or at the end. your approach is good but annoying. your youtube lectures are good. do a fresh start as at some point its hard to keep up with old contents.

This is really a nice course in detailed available in the market but need you to do the following to make it best. 1. Please try to update it every month with Intune updates. 2. Try not to use fake accent for the video be natural cause it's actually annoying and hard to understand sometimes. 3. There are many updates that is required as on Sept 2025 so request you to do so. 4. Request you to add some deep Architecture level configuration and set up lecture and best practices for the architecture level associates. Thanks once again for the better content available in the market. Keep doing the great work you're doing appreciate it!

Hello everyone, just finished this course and wanted to share my opinion about it. It is a 21 Hour course, a very very detailed and easy to follow. This is my first course related to Intune and it was really helpful. The part with Autopilot was bit harder for me because of my missing knowledge about SCCM. Overall a brilliant and complex course, worth every penny. Thank you!

I really enjoyed this course. I needed to get up to speed for an implementation at work and was looking for a course where the instructor was not just reading me slides. I knew what intune was capable of theoretically but wanted some practical experience in a structured manner. Since the instructor has reminded me so much to leave a review throught his videos, to the point where I started to hear it in my sleep, I will share the good and the bad. Pros: + Instructor is really knowledgable and uses effective scenarios to drive home the use cases for the technology. + Delivery is great and if you have a home lab like I did while doing the course it really helps. + The "do it yourself" activities were helpful especially if you don't have a personal setup. + The instructor responded to my direct messages in a timely manner. + The course was updated with the most recent information. 05-Feb-2022. + There was additional free content shared at the end of the course to aid my implementation on the job as a consultant. Cons: - Some of the video were not as sharp and the audio was a little low. - The could have been knowledge check at the end of each module.

Thank you so much for the Course. I was able to understand the covered course concepts on implementing them in the labs as practicals and then i impleted them in my trial Ms Intune subscription account as well except for the server practicals. This course has actually helped me to great extent now. If I have any doubts or get stuck issues in Ms Intune will definitely reach you. Regards, Ashwin V. Didolkar

Complete course but can be terribly messy. Lots of the videos are terribly mounted and it can be difficult for non English speaking natives to follow. There are no prerequisites section and you discover that you have to mount an on premise AD and several workstations to experiment. Not really beginner friendly. Another point: The embedded documentation is not from the course author (!) The good points: I learned a lot an I'm feeling confident to work on Intune, now. This course can only be better with time. Thank you sir!
