Until 2025 I was City Manager of Ploiești, Romania (a city budget of about EUR 200 million), and earlier I was Deputy Director General of Romania's prison service. I really enjoyed taking Operations and the Organization Sorin Dumitrascu's Udemy course on Operations Management. The course was extremely informative and provided me with a strong foundation in the basics of Operations Management. The Operations course taught me a great deal about the operations management discipline in general and was my first step towards studying for an MBA. Quizzes should be either interactive or multi-choice with clearer Q/A links. The course is also delivered in a dead-pan expression which makes the content flat and uninteresting when in fact, the content itself is great. If the course material/content was delivered in a more engaging way (think: with expression,excitement or passion), this would get a 5.

This is a very informative course. I am learning a lot from this module. I am sure with this module and the rest of the other 7 modules, I can develop my career towards operations management. I recommend this course for anyone interested in operations management. Mr Sorin is presenting module 1 in this series of 8 very good and the definitions are easy to understand. There are a lot of examples to grasp some concepts. I am fore sure going to complete the entire OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT TRAINING course
