Course with many interesting examples, reviews many timely topics where they explain the best tools and methods to explore in more depth the entire involvement of a production and its surrounding processes. Suggestion for improvement: perhaps introduce some videos that help explain some topics so that the course is not a monologue and can capture the attention of participants even more. I am currently working as a operations manager at a private company. Reason for me to do this course, I find myself questioning my ability to be in this position.
