Course Description
This is the third and last part of a series of three courses on Performance Under Pressure and focuses on Effective Human Interactions. And, in this course, you are going to learn to prevent and deal with negative pressure, manage your reactions, deal with colleagues and stressful situations.
High-pressure environments can be hard on professional relationships. You can so easily get caught up with a major project or looming deadline that your interpersonal skills slip. Under pressure, you may start to make instinctive emotional reactions as your awareness of others' feelings fades.
This course helps you develop skills you need to recognize your personal reaction to pressure and how it impacts your relationships with others. It shows how you can consciously control your interpersonal reactions when under pressure and how to avoid unnecessary tensions.
And it details a step-by-step process you can use to stay in control when you're faced with a high-pressure interaction. This all enables you to recognize the importance of professional relationships, and it helps you to stay in control and make the right moves when you're performing with others under pressure.
Professionals who want to develop their abilities to manage the stress that comes with working under pressure and anyone who wants to develop or refine their skills for performing under pressure.
After completing this course you will be able to:
- understand negative reactions to pressure in the workplace and not only
- use a step-by-step approach for managing your reactions in pressure situations
- deal with a colleague, a friend or anyone else under pressure
- be prepared to manage potentially stressful interactions
This course includes video lectures, examples, quizzes and some learning support documents, and it will take you not more than 3 hours to finish. And, as usual you have the 30 days money back guarantee, no question asked.

The last lecture ("Applied Knowledge is the Real Power") sounds less like a motivational send-off and more like a tech-bro self-improvement motto-filled video. It diminishes the valuable content that precedes it.

It is a bit tiring to follow but overall is fine

the instructor is excellent and trying the best but unfortunately: - video animations are quite old and not rellevant - a lot of examples explainned only verbally and not written down making the viewer hard to follow - often talking is far over the text that is actively showing. Very easy distraction For example, talking about what questions you must ask yourself during stressful situations are not shown, only communicated through speech, why? Also examples should be clearly written in order to pause and re-read… Unacceptable video

Good overview, and overall very useful, particularly I see the methods of the stress management I should keep eye on and make sure are performing. Cannot ignore these and it gives good focus for the business owner, especially if lots going on with all the different functions of a business. I also gone on some trainings for pressure and stress management and they give a lot of information, often too much and things that are too obvious. This course breaks it down nicely for me and shows me what is important and what not.

Very well presented by an excellent teacher! I would have also liked a section(s) on common obstacles to our implementing these pressure reducing/relieving strategies and accompanying suggestions on how to overcome them. I was looking for ways to manage pressure as a teacher. The course was informative, interesting and easy to follow. I enjoyed the use of photos, diagrams and audio- it made the information easy to digest and more fun. I look forward to putting some of the ideas into practice.
