I am a student of doing post-graduation in product designing from Bangalore, India. Through this course, I would love to improve my representation skills and showcase my work more efficiently in my portfolio.

The course is good, but don`t expect enough details or exercises to practice all what you have learned, it`s not intended for complete beginners, you should have at least basic knowledge about shading and rendering.

Overall, I liked the course very much. The steps and exercises are easy to follow and the voice is very pleasant. Unfortunately, I had the feeling that the video was first created and then assigned for the appropriate lessons, which is why there are repetitions or contradictions that sometimes disturb an uplifting structure. Nevertheless, it is still very helpful and valuable.

Personally having a graphic design background, i forgot how fun and awesome it was to draw and free the hand.This course got me back into it, extremely helpful and most importantly fun.The instructor is superb. great teacher and amazing designer.his ideas and the way he see things are a true inspiration.

I am still not convinced with the way course is being taken forward. Not variety of sketches are taken as examples for explaining hot to sketch in photoshop, except the car one in all the modules.

There's no doubt Marouane knows what he is doing. The videos are very well made, detailed and encouraging and I would recommend the course to anyone who has some basics in rendering , but bottom line is practice practice practice. I would appreciate if there were more exercises such as the lines and ellipses. Thanks Marouane.

It hits every aspect of what I've been needing to learn. It skips passed how to use Photoshop, and actually hit the techniques to get certain artistic effects. I like how he words things, and keeps it simple.

This course offered several lessons with alternative approaches to sketching/design that I've not seen elsewhere in books, traditional college courses, or tutorial videos. It was helpful in suggesting new possible methods to try out and integrate in my own technique.Instructor is very helpful and clear.Overall, very good.

I personally enjoyed this course. The instructor knows his stuff and he is able to explain himself. His renders and sketches are immaculate, check out his work samples on his website, youtube channel, and Instagram. He also has some inspirational literature to get you motivated and focused towards your dreams, which are included in the course.For those who are just starting out, the course has the basics from line quality to perfecting ellipses - he explains a useful pre-drawing exercise that he uses and that I have adopted. He also does a little tutorial on digital sketching (wacom tablets and software).The cloud system sketching concept is very interesting a fast way to sketch in perspective. I would love to see more real-time sketching examples with different types of products (mouse, water bottle, watch, etc.) If you are a beginner, this process might not be suitable for you, since you need a good understanding of perspectives to be able to draw with this technique.The instructor did a great job at explaining the rendering process. How to add value and shade, understanding light direction and its importance, adding highlights, etc. I specifically appreciate that he incorporated some examples of projects from rough sketches to full renders. Although the videos are sped up, he goes over them with a voice over commentary. This is just my preference, but I personally would want to see sketching videos in real time, there is an extra level of value that gets lost when sketching videos are sped up.In addition, he has some insightful bonus materials that he has added.-Jerry G

Excellent instructor! Materials for the class were well thought out and explained in detail. A lot of information is packed into this course and well worth the money. Anyone interested in industrial design will benefit from this course.

Thanks to this guy Marouane Bembli and his youtube channel I've found later this awesome and very valuable Udemy website.I'm selftaught designer and I like to sketch and design cars mostly,but also like to design other things and this course inspired me to continue with my practicing,but also showed me some other quick sketching tips and tricks.Now I'm expecting more from Marouane,for example how to sketch and render a car concept more realistic from more complex views,work presentation tricks,etc.If you would like to learn how pro industrial designers create their cool illustrations and how to sketch like them,then this course is for you.Enjoy this course
