It may help to start with the user interfacece for the course. For example when you talk about downwloads the user does not know where to look, plus there is added confusion by mentioning your personal website, when your name is not even introduced...

A good primer for RSlogix 500 especially if you have background with other PLCs

Fiddled my way around for years and want an understanding that will allow me to be a better troubleshooter and set up my own controllers when we add new hardware. After finishing here I will move on to RSLogix 5000 since we have a mix. Using this course as foundational with OJT experience. This is spot on so far with my needs and expectations.
