Joseph Phillips is a great professional. The well-designed, condensed course allowed me to focus on a sequence that drove me to project success. All terms are clearly explained and documented. It is a backbone course for any project manager, with or without experience, that gives you accurate terminology and an understanding of how to follow the proper steps on any project.

By Dennis Bosnyak on 4/1/2021

Thank you for this course on Udemy. It has some great fundamentals of project management from a very experienced instructor, Joseph Philips. He explains how to manage a project in simple form, I am not undermining the instructor, but I was looking for a course to provide me with some basic fundamentals and this course has it. I have been involved in many projects in the past and most of the concepts in this course were not used. Thanks for the templates, I plan to use them in the next project.

Up to this point, the course has satisfied my yearnings for practical ideas on how to conceptualize, negotiate acceptable project proposals, implement practical planning and execution of projects that will meet projects' and stakeholders' requirements for scope validation. The instructor has clearly demonstrated his indisputable grasp of the full dimension of the project management profession and his ability to clearly and effectively teach it.

By Damien Luzzo on 9/18/2020

This was a great general overview of project management - especially for predictive/traditional project management. As someone with some prior knowledge in this arena, it definitely reinforced my understanding of some key aspects of the project management body of knowledge while also providing me with some new tools, terminology, industry insights, and practical examples. Joseph teaches with exceptional clarity and delivery. I really enjoyed his upbeat attitude and his corky personality. I will be looking to take more of his courses in the future.

This is kind of structure course i was expecting. Have attended in the past but unfortunately due to different priorities i'm were not able to complete it fully. At half of this course i realize more of the examples showcased or discussed from construction background, It will be relatively good some examples are from Information Technology too. Obviously i'm from IT background and i want to closely relate to my profession.

Informative, I had no idea before about the complexity of project management role, I did part of these tasks when I was working in the logistic field but still I learned a lot of new tasks. One point to add, is I had to read more about the scrum sprint because I didn't understand it fully in the lecture. Thanks

A good coverage of most of aspects of Project Management, good organization of the course, very useful templates for use in future. I plan to return to this course as a reference in future, when I need to refresh some particular knowledge in my work.

Templates at the end are very good and usefull. Alot of good content speaker had a good presentation manner. To mee seemed that the corse jumped around a bit and didnt follow a logical flow from start to finish. I did howevr get alot of learnings.

By Dorcas Alabi on 4/27/2019

The instructor is very good and demonstrates he is well knowledgeable in project management training. The lecture is excellent, clear and straight to the points. I would always recommend this training to anyone who needs to be trained to become a successful project manager.

Hey Joseph! Thank you for the great effort you put into making this course. It is always a pleasure to have the opportunity to learn from your vast experience in project management. While I'm satisfied with the content of the course, especially the templates section, it felt more like a project management crash course, a summary of other PM courses you make. I was hoping for some real world stories of problems you have encountered and how you've handled them. Please add those as bonus lectures! Again, thank you for your hard work and great effort.
