Course Description

This course contains the use of artificial intelligence

Get work out of ChatGPT, not just answers.

Most people type a question into ChatGPT, get something generic back, and conclude the tool is overrated. The gap between a generic answer and a useful one is almost always the prompt and the context behind it. That is what this course teaches.

This masterclass takes you from ChatGPT fundamentals to professional prompt engineering and context engineering. No coding and no AI background required.

How the course works

39 video lectures, approximately a four-hour course, which you may finish in a weekend. Every concept is followed by a live demonstration inside ChatGPT, so you see the prompt, the response, and the fix when the response is not good enough. Lectures are short and grouped into six sections, so you can work through it in short sittings and come back later for one specific technique.

What the course covers

  • Prompt fundamentals: how prompts work, prompt types, and what separates a prompt that works from one that does not

  • Prompt crafting: advanced strategies, best practices, tone and structure control, creative use and brainstorming

  • Prompting frameworks: CRISPE, RICCE, AAA, PROMPT, role-based prompting, chain of thought, few-shot and multi-step prompting, plus how to pick the right one

  • Context engineering: personalization, memory, projects, custom GPTs, and your own local and online files, so answers come from your material instead of general knowledge, with fewer hallucinations

  • Work and deliverables: the Work tab and when to use it instead of Chat, documents, spreadsheets, and presentations created inside ChatGPT, writing blocks, and code blocks

  • Code, data, and problem-solving: code generation, analytics, charts, and structured problem-solving with prompts

  • Images and text extraction: banners and artwork, image editing with precise prompts, image sets for a story, and pulling text out of an image

  • Automation and continuity: Scheduled tasks that run your prompts on a cadence, and Cloud Work conversations that continue across your devices

  • The interface in depth: the Add menu, web search, the model picker and intelligence levels across the GPT-5.6 models, dictation and voice mode, prompt history, temporary chats, and ChatGPT on mobile

What you will be able to do

Choose a framework and structure a prompt for the task in front of you. Set context so ChatGPT works from your files, your role, and your standards. Produce a document, a spreadsheet, or a deck without leaving ChatGPT. Hand recurring work to a scheduled task. Recognise when an answer is weak and know which lever to pull.

Who it is for

Working professionals in marketing, HR, sales, operations, analytics, and software teams who use ChatGPT already but suspect they are getting a fraction of what it can do. It also suits complete beginners, since the course starts at sign-up and the interface.

Enroll now, start with the fundamentals, and use the frameworks on something you actually have to deliver this week.

i really liked this course because it explains verry well the aspects of AI language and also it is very concise. I also like the demo parts where it shows exactly how to do it and the fact that it did not take long

Very interesting course. Not quite applicable to my work as a whole but certainly a lot of useful elements I can apply.

By Anthony Parlati on 7/20/2026

I really enjoyed this course. It helped to have ChatGPT Plus on my personal computer next to me so I could see each lecture and work with the examples at the same time.

By Mohammad Fadly bin Mohd Hussin on 6/24/2026

I like that it doesn't dally too much and is a short course but packed full of information for prompt engineering. It lets you get started on it immediately! well done!

By Hamzah Alqatawina on 6/4/2026

Attended a truly valuable session today — packed with new insights and practical knowledge. Every minute was well spent. Grateful for the learning opportunity!

By Galvien Cia on 5/12/2026

A bit of repetition in some topics which makes the course relatively long, and it seems that the narration is using a text-to-voice speech which makes it monotonous.

By Johan Grove on 5/7/2026

This is an excellent course to do once you have realised how important good prompts are to the accuracy you require. Not for starter learners.

By Miguel Sierra Vargas on 4/8/2026

It seems a bit redundant to go through multiple prompts and then the result that ChatGPT might give for those prompts. I understand the need to learn multiple prompts strucutres and styles but then filling in the time with the results seems a bit much.

By Ashley Haynes on 3/31/2026

Some repetition, for example, chapter 28 is the exact same, word for word as chapter 40. Some outdated material, like chapter 41 discusses what might be released in 4.0, we are well past that. Overall good course for basic knowledge, I wouldn't call it a masterclass by any means.

By Akash Sharma on 3/30/2026

Taking this course was a great learning experience. It helped me clearly understand how prompt engineering works and how to ask the right questions to get accurate and meaningful responses from ChatGPT. The course content was practical and easy to follow, with real-world examples that I can apply in my day-to-day work. It has improved my efficiency, clarity of thinking, and overall confidence in using AI tools responsibly for professional tasks.
