Course Description
Are you familiar with basic statistical concepts, but feel like you never truly mastered them?
Have you tried to learn more advanced topics like probability distributions, hypothesis testing, or Design of Experiments (DOE), only to get lost in unnecessary jargon?
Would you rather perform real statistical analysis in Microsoft Excel instead of relying on expensive, specialized software?
And would you like to strengthen your analytical problem-solving skills to advance your career in quality, engineering, or manufacturing?
If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, Quality Engineering Statistics (2026) was designed for you. This course proves that a strong foundation in quality statistics does not have to be difficult or "too theoretical" to learn.

Great stuff! A great review of stats I should know but I'm realizing how much I have forgotten. This course gets right to the point. I would highly recommend it to any QE needing a review. Good practical examples.

I am very grateful for the specific focus and curriculum from this course - It is valuable and packed with practical content I could use for my advancement.
By Anonymized User on 4/18/2025
It was a good match, but it took me more than the indicated time duration as I was taking notes. It could be nice to have an estimation of the time we have to dedicate to the Quiz and the Practice Problems
By Mauro Toscano on 2/16/2025
It was a very good insight in the quality engineering statistics field. It should be taught in the universities (I'm italian and I've never heard about that in the engineering course)

I have been studying The Manufacturing Academy's reliability engineering and FMEA courses for the past few months, and came across this course that has relevant info to my studies, as well. This is, by far, the best course they offer to date! It feels like a real college course with so much valuable information. The addition of "homework" ties very well into the structure, and helps to reinforce the ideas being presented. Ray himself is extremely helpful and knowledgeable; he will answer any question you have ASAP and is never condescending. Overall, very well-put-together; I would continue to take additional courses presented like this!
By Dillon Ford on 8/20/2024
So far I feel like the info is very remedial and not centered on statistics. I'm sticking with it because I think there is foundational info here that will help with things like hypothesis testing and ANOVA analysis.

Spectacular intro, beautiful English and teaching. Very serious and informative topics. The first impression is very good. Looking forward other next videos.
By William C Fretwell on 12/16/2023
This class is very comprehensive on the subject of statistics as it applies to the field of Quality Engineering. Although I've been through many courses over the years on various topics covered in this class, I don't remember a class consolidating all these topics into one package. Also, it's refreshing to have instructors like Ray and Michael with real world experience leading this class. Truly, this class is a must for anyone working in the Quality field, on ASQ certifications, and recertifications.

Thank you so much. I did not finish the whole stuff yet, but this is what I am looking for diving into statistics principles and then to SPC. Excellent stuff for SPC. I graduated from Social Sciences and I am terrible at Math, Calculus, etc. I am being prepared to appraise the organizations for the maturity levels and I was afraid of Statistics. Now I am fully aware of how to use statistics, SPC, and how to successfully interpret the data. Thank you so much. Your style is great.
By Jorge Miguel Nunes Spitti on 4/9/2023
Bom curso até o momento, ele cobre bem as áreas de conhecimento ligadas à estatistica dentro do padrão de grade da ASQ. Poderia tem mais exercícios resolvidos, em especial na parte de distribuições de probabilidade.
