Course Description
Did you know …
86% of the most qualified candidates for your open positions are already employed and not actively seeking a new job?
And if that doesn’t make recruiting challenging enough, consider this:
- 44% of job applicants are found to be unqualified
- 75% of recruiters cite unqualified candidates as their biggest challenge
- It takes an average of 3-6 weeks to finalize an offer, after which time most top candidates are likely to move on
- 55% of applicants abandon applications after reading negative reviews, and only 45% of employers ever monitor or address those reviews online
- 86% of recruiters and 62% of employers feel the labor market is candidate-driven
No wonder it’s increasingly difficult to fill open positions.
All signs seem to be pointing to the labor market being stacked against you.
So the question then becomes …
Are you doing everything you can to find top talent for your open positions and attract them to your organization?
Because, let’s face it … if your recruiting efforts aren’t as effective, innovative and efficient as they can be, you’re going to miss out on opportunities time and time again to find the best candidates for any jobs you need to fill.
So how exactly can you optimize your recruiting efforts to find top talent who fit within your culture and create a pool of candidates you can draw from whenever you need to?
Well, that’s exactly what we’re going to cover in this course.
We’ll cover:
- The goals of recruiting and how the process works from start to finish
- Methods to develop your recruiting strategy and use online platforms to raise your company’s profile
- How to develop a talent pool and pipeline you can use whenever you have a position you need to fill
- Finding the perfect candidates through existing employees, social networks, and various other places
- How to convince someone to join your company when you feel they’re a great fit

This course provides information and details on recruitment, however it is more applicable on private firms and agencies. But there are also some notable points and approaches that can be helpful in the recruitment process in our department or organization.

There is a lot of information, and of course I have learned a lot, but it got the point that it is monotonous. Maybe adding some graphics from the companies that you talk about or perhaps adding a second voice would help.

It was a great experience. I learnt a lot about different recruitment strategies and aspects. These lessons will definitely help me out in proving myself to be a good recruiter.

The course offered very valuable and informative content that all recruiters and entry level HR professionals would be able to benefit from. The instructor was also very knowledgeable about their subject matter.

New contents must be added as most of the topics were very basic and niche, otherwise it is a good learning content for the freshers. Period!
By Joanna Drożdż on 7/14/2022
Very good course, easy to understand and to follow. You've presented some key strategies and points there, that every recruiter should know and execute. Thanks!

It is very insightful. I have taken recruitment courses in private colleges, but this was really good. Short and sweet and to the point!
By Attila Topolics on 1/30/2022
I enjoyed the course but I found it to be a bit too basic. I am brand new to recruitment. I have completed a course on Udemy on Recruitment, which was a lot more in-depth. I should have started with this one first.

2 sections of the course can not be "checked off" no matter how many times you view them. So course can only be completed up to 88 percent. Content is useful for beginner recruiting or office manager with no idea how to find good candidates.
By Tiara Andriani on 10/31/2021
the instructor explain well, the reason why everything that related to recruitment happen like cause-effect, and give the real example
