Amazing lectures. Yet, I expected single movie page added to the last example instead of using original webpage. Small mistake was found - there is a possibility to favourite the same movie more than once. Besides I DO LIKE that course but I would add explanation on plain Redux - what it is, whats the idea behind this, instead coding is just started, like a big gun shoot, without any theoretical preface.

Really clear & intensive explanation of topics. Super happy with the course. Please let me know for more redux courses.

Coming into the course with no prior knowledge in redux, i was able to get a feel of the same, and with other courses having 30+ hours of duration, which takes a lot of time to complete, and some with under 2 hours duration, which i believe wont make sense to deal with a topic like Redux, the 8 hour duration for this course was something i could complete in a week. I rate the course 5 star because once i completed the course, i was left confident of dealing with react and redux. When i had buzzed him , there was prompt response from the author too. That said, reviewing honestly,Is this course a comprehensive one w.r.t Redux? No. Dealing with async actions using redux-thunk, redux saga, store data normalization, etc hasnt been touched in this. But it does give a stepping stone from which ppl can launch themselves. Spoon feeding is something that i hate, and provided we spend a bit of time googling for the right things, and sweating for it, it will only do good for us later. I know the course focuses on redux, so other topics like Forms, validations, in depth routing, etc has been omitted in the course ( probably because they are more react oriented ). The course is slightly outdated w.r.t React 16, as things like propTypes etc has been taken out and is now a separate npm package. He could have atleast given a written description before the lecture mentioning the change. The 3 examples was progressives and I was able to understand and do everything more or less, so the examples hand-holded me the way i wanted. But is this good enough to venture into the wild and take on huge redux projects? I am still unsure. A full blown example ( say coolmoviebites which he himself has created ), of using some complex stuff, using 3rd party libraries etc could have given a taste of what real projects feel like, especially with redux, everything seems confusing most times. ( Movie project was a good teaser )There are places where there is slight editing mistakes which left me confused and hindered the flow at times. I do have a note of everything and if the author is interested, i had documented the same ( along with a few other questions, that too related with the course topics only ), and i can share if he is interested.A bit more ES6 feature like object/array destructuring , Object.assign etc could have been used, as the author himself has an ES6 course and there were times when using ES6 could have been better .( Lots of this.props.stuff.name, this.props.stuff.description,. An object destructuring could have been used and that would have given the students a glance of how to use them. These are by no means, criticisms, but only a few penny from my side which could have made the course even better and engaging. Would definitely love to see an in depth redux project, or an advanced redux course which puts the nails and teeth into hard to break concepts and theories in Abhay's own style.Looking forward to more courses from him and wishing him the best and thanking him for this course and enlightening the students in an engaging way.Cheers, Hari

It is a very good course. I recommend everyone to start this course as a first approach to enhance your knowledge. Thanks Abhay.

Excellent course. It's hard to break away from studying it. A ton of great content (8 hours). It also improved my JavaScript concepts.

The pace and examples used were good introductions to React and Rredux. I have a better understanding of React states and Redux store, actions, and reducers. The only things that could be improved was more detail on how to setup and continue to run the apps with react-scripts (I had to use yarn install and yarn start, which weren't covered). The author also doesn't update videos, so sometimes you have to find correct syntax by browsing Q+As. Another example is the video on routing, where the author first correctly pronounces "route", but then uses "root" for the rest of the video.

At the beginning, I was skeptical about taking this course, but I took it, now I realize that it was a good choice :)Cons: instructor should create more meaningful variable names, function names and component names and be more clear when switching between tabs on the code editor.Cons: I think the code does not reflect good coding practices.

Very informative and clear to this point. I am addicted to complete it. I am loving the apps I have created so far. I think the instructor has showcased really simple and advanced feature very well. Good job!

I thought that redux would be really difficult to understand but through the real world applications in this course, I was able to grasp the main concepts, though sometimes I still had to replay certain videos for better understanding. Overall, I really liked the course and I learnt so much!

i have learn a lots of things using this course :) nice learning experience :)

good stuff! I'm using these videos to help me make my own app! :) :} :]
