Revit Architecture for Beginners (Udemy.com)

It was systematic, I really liked that there are case studies, where the instructor shows the typical work flow while designing a house. However at times I expected more detailed demonstration of using functionalities of the program. It really is very basic.

Good explanation of the topics, from a beginner point of view. Though, would have been better, if within the same time frame, some unattended commands could have been explained, rather than the same commands repeated over more than one project. Overall, good pace and explanations for a beginner. Thanks.

It had been awhile since I used Revit in college. I predominantly used AutoCad and Sketchup at my firm. I wanted a course that would take me from the beginning but skip the entire semester's worth of workload. I picked up the muscle memory pretty quick but found that there was a lot I had forgotten and Paul was really helpful in getting me back in the practice of working with this program. Good information and a great pace while walking through the practices and exercises!

Good explained, thanks for such interesting tutorials and the use of Revit architecture. Need more prepared to avoid wrong steps and forehead more explained the steps to navigate to the predefined drawings and library commands.

Too much hesitation from the presenter. It's a little bit annoying. Also sometimes the presenter doesn't seem to know what he's doing. Maybe an update version of this course on a newer version will be appreciate. But it's a good course for beginner.

The instructor is good. He has an excellent speaking voice and his delivery is at a reasonable pace. I agree with his opinion of Revit. It's an amazing program that encompasses all the features needed to describe a building. He was enthusiastic for the first 5 or so tutorials, but was not too organized and got to be monotonous and rather boring for the tutorials at the end of the course. That being said, the course was well worth the time and cost. I accomplished my objective which was to learn the basic fundamentals of Revit and I look forward to future courses. Thank you to Paul and Udemy for providing these courses. I really like the way you can learn at your own pace by stopping, rewinding, or starting over for material you didn't quite grasp the first time.

The course delivered exactly what it said. It was delivered in bite sizes, with clear concised instructions which made it easy to follow. You are quizzed along the way, encouraged to follow and complete the projects, so you learn as you go. I now feel confident to take on projects of my own.

I am in the US and the program is in metric. Not a problem. Easy to follow. Excellent class well worth the small investment. Better than the real life class I took as I can go back and review the lessons, pause, and review. Thanks! Paul is engaging and personable. Content is good.

This course has been extremely helpful to me in producing a smashing building system for my portfolio and excellent in depth knowledge is given every step of the way. The only issue I have is that the course videos need to be edited. They are way too long! There is a lot od dead air, and it's very frustrating hearing the umm's and ahh's for him to make decisions. Perhaps a course outline would help in future courses so and shorter sections would be helpful as well.

i would surely recommend this course because i started off by not knowing anything about revit architecture....... i was completely lost and now im proud to say , im no longer afraid of it anymore......i love it and im going to continue trying to master this program. thank you Mr.Paul Ugwu
