Deepika Khanna's course is a build-along tour of Salesforce administration, aimed at the Admin certification. It runs about 28 hours over 177 lectures and 30 sections, and it starts by creating a free developer account, so no prior experience is needed. The heaviest blocks are automation (workflows, approval processes, Process Builder, then Flows), data security and sharing, and reports and dashboards. It was published in 2015 and has roughly 33,600 students, so it works better as a learn-the-platform course than a last-week cram session.

Reviewers like the teaching. They describe explanations that are slow and detailed, and they say the course feels like working in a real org, not watching slides. The rating is 4.6 across 6,171 reviews, with 3,338 of them five stars. The complaints are consistent, though. Several say the Salesforce screens in the videos look older than what they see now. One reviewer says it is not aligned with the exam, and another says Sales Cloud and Service Cloud topics, about a quarter of the exam by their count, are missing.

The last update was in September 2025, so expect some screens to differ from your own org. Treat it as a solid base for understanding how Salesforce fits together, then add the official study guide and a separate source of practice questions to patch the gaps. salesforce UI was changed, but still explaining the process using old vesion makes little confusion

There is a lot of things missing it needs to be updated to reflect the recent version of Salesforce. The course does give to a starter kit for understanding about Salesforce with hands on work but I think its not aligned from the exam perspective.

I think so far so good. The Resource person has been fantastic and i pray it continues this way for me to make a headway. I can rate Deepika so far 97.5%. She left something little at hang but i am hoping she comes back to it. But so far, she's been FANTASTIC
