I have knowledge about salesforce but this representing about their charity and mainly concentrating about their shares!!!

Quality content, easy to understand and engaging presentation.

Love the layout, with the tutor appearing in the bottom corner whilst showing different screen features and the ability to capture notes. The tutor is engaging and has paced the content just right. He re-caps and summarises what he has said to help the info sink in.

I rarely leave reviews but for this course i must. I Passed the Admin exam on my first try with the help of this course, i strongly recommend Francis Pindar's course if you want to pass the admin exam asap without going through the Israelite journey of trailhead.

Most of the course is on Salesforce Classic. It needs to be updated.

Instructor has a good speaking voice, not monotonous. He is very knowledgeable and clear. In other words, easy to understand.

Great examples and detailed explanations by Francis on every lecture. This is a must take course for admins and those who are preparing for a certification.

So far the way the content has been delivered is pretty awesome.

First off, if you're about to take your admin certification and just need a boost of confidence and solidification of certain concepts, this is the perfect course. If you're expecting to understand Salesforce inside and out with just this course, you won't, you need to do trailhead.
The other major note is that almost the entirety of this course is done in "Salesforce Classic", which if you're like me and have only recently started trailhead, you will have no experience with it. It's irritating at first, because I was so used to Salesorce Lightning that this new layout confused me. But you quickly realize that both have pretty much the same functionality and menu system, Lightning just looks better.
My background:
Tech savvy bartender who is trying to break out of the restuarant industry after losing his jobs due to Covid-19 lockdowns. Learned a little web coding, then found Salesforce and decided it was a more linear journey to a career. I completed A LOT (112) of trailhead badges, and was just about ready to take my certification before I thought it would be a good idea to take a Udemy course to concrete a few concepts I didn't have a solid grasp on.
The Good:
The course follows the certification test pretty accurately. The videos are informative, and Francis does a good job of introducing common real-world issues when discussing topics. The lessons are broken up into appropriately bite-size chunks, which makes it easy to leave off in the middle of a section and come back to it later.
The Bad:
The worst thing about this course is the audio. During his initial recording a few years ago, the audio is incredibly low. It is at least half the decibles of any other video you might be playing on your computer, which will terrify you when an e-mail comes in. Also, Francis did add some updated videos whose audio were properly leveled, but they intersplice with the old ones which cause a dramatic shift in sound. It's a minor annoyance at first, but became a major problem for me.
The other problem is "Salesforce Classic", which was a major one at first for me, then by the end of the course was just a minor annoyance. Francis does acknowledge this issue at the front of the course and says a lot of companies still use "Salesforce Classic", it's good to know both, and the functionality of both are pretty much identical.
Conclusion:
Should you get this course? Yes. Should you rely on it solely for passing the certification test? No.

Excellent course, he goes into good depth on the subject matter, and explains it in a logical way. Most of the content is done in classical so far, though there is a mix of lightening content as well.
