First of all, I would like to thank you for your efforts on this amazing course. I enjoyed doing the projects side by side with you and completed successfully without any error. I would request you to please create a project with DB First Approach and without Microsoft Identity. So that it will help to develop a project using this approach.

I have checked out other courses on SignalR as well and this was the best one so far. No unnecessariy complex projects just to show a basic SignalR setup etc. Also he shows basic but different useful use cases for it in real life such as grouping which was very helpful. Worth the time spent with this course.
