Very interesting and well presented. I love the sports specific aspect of it. I can't believe that this course is the first time that I have ever heard about the (in Canada) 911 then 55 for silent system. None of my friends knew about it either. That piece of information alone was worth the price of admission.

Thankfully, although I have taken many of these courses I have never been in a life threatening situation and hopefully never need to do. However I feel the delivery of this course is fantastic.

The Coach is so kind and she does her best to deliver all kind of info related to the subject in order to help us gain more knowledge. Plus when I tried to contact her she responded very fast. Thank you Emily!

Great content, video's are a little jumpy and could potentially do with a bit of a longer quiz at the end to reinforce the knowledge, but all in all a very good course with great content on all topics.

Similar to First Aid at Work, but like the courses from Emily Mottershead. She always explained nice and clearly. Very informative and helpful courses.

My experience was that I enjoyed it very much, it was a short course but complete. I have some knowledge on how to treat injuries, it also helped on me how to react on a casualty , on what to do and how to do it, it was very helpful.

Yes it provided a good general overview of first aid but I was more interested specifically in Sports injuries. Some of the sound quality was poor and the first quiz did not enable me to select three answers in my response. Saying that I now have a much better understanding of my role and responsibilities as a first responder.

This was a short course but it delivered very important useful advice on how to treat victims needing first aid emergency with almost clear cut procedures with a combination of short videos and a couple of PDFs with each video. I say "almost" clear cut as some videos are not quite edited cleanly as of writing. Please note, I completed this course shortly after its release so perhaps Emily may improve it upon feedback. Having said that, the PDFs are all clearcut with the procedures and are useful references to keep. I am personally making printouts of them to refresh my memory once a month and will keep copies in the First Aid Kit too. Excellent resources. Improvements I would like to see: 1. Address the video editing errors/ I have raised in the Q&A 2. Although there is a 5 quiz at the end of the course plus one short quiz after only the first chapter, I had hoped for a quiz after every chapter or couple chapters to ensure better memory retainment of the information provided. OR if just having the one quiz then make it a more substantial one. The five question quiz falls very short on the coverage of the course and one of the question was a little too obvious. There are pdf blank tables to fill in though and that is good BUT one has to print them out and fill in with no autochecks. I would like to see Emily make use of the online Udemy Quiz facility which I have found invaluable on other course I take. 3. As this is a sports specific first aid course, I would have like to also see how to deal with a dislocated shoulder or similar added to the syllabus. Overall, course delivers on its promise and I am very glad to have taken it. Just needs a little bit of polish, that all. I will now do the main first aid course by Emily (as I expect that would cover Hear attacks, strokes etc which isnt covered here) Many thanks to Emily.
