I learned a lot about basic SSIS package building and it was very informative. My only feedback is that it would've been nice to have backups of each DB he's using so it would be easier to follow along. If the backups are provided, I could not find them. Otherwise, it was a great course!

Great course. I had tried to learn SSIS before on Udemy and found it too difficult. I found this course a lot simpler and I got a lot more out of it. The part where I really caught on to it was in the beginning using the wizard and then showing the drag and drop features behind that. I plan to take more of your courses. Also, thanks for your speedy responses.

Just like other courses from Mr Asghar that I have taken, this SSIS course is a home run for me in understanding the fundamentals of SSIS. I feel like I have a very strong foundation already to build on my knowledge to a greater height. I just can't thank you enough for how simple and easy you make your courses, enabling learners to understand complex topics.

This is a really good video course. I enjoyed it very mucha and have gain confidence in what SSIS is and how to use it. I know posses more understanding of MS SQL Server Administration since it shows how SQL Server performs some of its scheduled tasks. I have taken all of the SQL Courses from Raf upto this one and will now move on to the following ones until I complete them all.

I landed my first SQL Server DBA job in just 1 year after I started taking Raphael's courses. They are so in-depth and apply to the real world. If you dedicate some time to these courses and take them in the order that he suggests, you'll be a pro in SQL Server in no time. Order: Learn T-SQL, SQL Admin Part 1, SQL Admin Part 2, SQL Admin Part 3, SQL SSRS Part 1, SQL SSRS 2, SSIS, Mock Program Part 1, Learn Advanced T-SQL All the best as we continue to learn and broaden our knowledge! Cheers!!!!!!

Raphael absolutely rocks! His instructions/teaching style made the course enjoyable, easy to follow and understand. I recommend this course to anyone and everyone looking to become an SSIS Specialist. I hope your other other courses are as interesting as this one. See you in your other videos.

this is a very good introduction on using tools inside the SSIS. the teaching style is fine... i finished this course in 3-4 days after purchasing. outcome: now i know how to operate those tasks in ssis. i feel like the content is a little bit of short or simple, compared to other courses i took on this website. well, it's an introduction... i think 4-star is fair. i would give it a 5 if... my suggestions: add more contents/sub topics ? maybe a small project? or some real-life practices? etc. (go deeper into the topic) i know it's about business, but you can attract more students this way. finally, thank you for uploading the courses.

The trainer knows how to teach a newbie. He uses presentations to teach the overview of topics where it was required. And later on the stuff is demonstrated very well on the actual software. I really hope he keeps on creating new tutorials related to M$ SQL server. I'd like to see tutorials/walk-through on real life situations. Thanks in advance!

If either getting started for the first time or needing a refresher/update, this course will get you up to speed by showing you the ropes with practical examples and explanations from end to end as an excellent SSIS beginners course. I'm looking forward to a part two for Intermediate or advanced DBA's and Developers.

Not only that the course is perfectly presented with in depth explanations and covering a variety of scenarios, but Raphael responds to emails and Udemy messages (even on a Sunday) as I had issues with the World database; this means he's passionate about teaching and can't thank him enough for his efforts. Just finished the course. Learnt a lot from it. What I would suggest to add is the exceptions handling (what happens in case different tasks are in error, but we may not want to stop the execution OR based on the error, have different other tasks - for example when data is not in the correct format, on error add a Data Conversion task to manipulate the fields). Nonetheless, the course is 5 starts!
