esta muy bien explicado y bien llevado, yo agregaría al final un slide donde como resumen, pusiera los diferentes comportamientos y sus características de cada uno, como las explico, solo como reforzamiento

Good information. I didn't find the presenter very engaging. I also would have liked a bit more depth to some of the topics. I felt this just lightly skimmed the surface of several important things. The resources were great to reference later to refresh the concepts.

It's always good to get advise on how to handle a difficult person. I like to hear how my colleagues handle certain customers. The more info we have the more tools we can work with on de-escalating these uncomfortable situations.

Totally amazing and encouraging course. It has all the right ideas and behavior models description, sharing the tool for proactive and effective (as I can assume) issue handling. Very clear structure, visual examples and wisdom advice for understanding the core of an issue and end up solving it. The course is absolutely worth investing your time and thought, thank you!
