Sehr gut, sehr pragmatisch, gut erklrt und erfrischend wenig mystisch. Ich bin voll zufrieden!

I have a minimum experience of Tai Chi and this course is really helping to build on where I left off. I like that each step is shown on its own, then I can go back and practice each one by one.

Great match for me. A good balance for me of internal and external warm up, and guidance was very clear. Looking forward to the next segment.

This was my first experience with Tai Chi and I found Master Wong's courses to be engaging enough to make me come back every day to build on my learning. The lessons are very through and tackle the sequences in many ways and from different angles.
After delving deeper into Tai Chi, though, I realized that this course is not actually 24 form Yang Style. It definitely contains many elements from it, but, for example, there are no high kicks in which you kick your palm; there is also no dramatic spin; plus, everything in Yang 24 is symmetrical. There are some low moves here that are not done on the other side.
Regardless, I feel that Master Wong's course is very beneficial. But if you watch other Yang 24 videos you will see that they are all similar while Master Wong's sequence is a hybrid of forms.
