The course is helping me know what I have been doing wrong and right when I am teaching and that is one of my goals for learning this course The techniques taught are very vital and very much awesome and I am looking forward to inculcating them in order for me and my learners to enjoy my class and lessons all the time.

Well, I did what the speaker suggest about finding the most important topic for the students that really valuable for them in the next decade. The result was fantastic that my students understood and had goals to achieve. As for example, one of my students at grade 12 realised after following my class that she could do better in speaking English as long as she had created the environment whereas English is third-language in my country. Therefore, this student insisted me whenever she met me, she forced herself to speak in English. You know, the result for today, she obtained band 7 in IELTS in her first attempt. I could not believe until now.

The course is about how to be an effective speaker, and the speaker himself is a highly effective speaker. So he is giving us an actual example of the very thing that he is talking about. His expressions and gestures are perfectly suited to the points he is making. And his pronunciation is very clear and easy to understand. Also his sentences are spoken with the emphasis in the right places. This course is designed for native speakers of English. The same basic principles could probably be applied in a course designed for non-native speakers. I would like to see such a course some day. I am really enjoying this course. I think it's a really good overview of how to lecture effectively. The instructor is very clear to understand and he presents his ideas in short lecture form. This is a good course if you are looking to turn yourself into a better lecturer.

I found it identical to "how to give an informational speech" which is also TJ Walkers course. I would recommend the other course over this one. Mr Walker reuses some of the same materials and simply changes a few words into lecturer, teacher, classroom and so on. That said it will be useful to anyone who haven´t watched any of his previous or other courses in this topic. There are a few things here and there that are specific to teachers and educators. I would love to hear more about University Lecturing and things you might do in a business presentation but shouldn´t do in a lecture talk and those comparisons. Also, online teaching is growing and with online streaming and live recoding the lectures themselves are more restricted. That means some of the tips are difficult to actually do due to the live camera recording on a fixed location. Since this is still a new thing there isn´t enough tips, tricks, advice on how to engage online students or how to move/behave towards campus and online students watching. I improved the score of this course mainly because TJ is very quick on picking up feedback or questions, and answering them with another video response.
