This SQL course is an excellent resource for anyone looking to build a strong foundation in database management and querying. The content is well-structured, starting with basic concepts like SELECT statements and gradually progressing to more advanced topics such as joins, subqueries, and indexing. The instructor explains each concept clearly, with practical examples that reinforce learning. Interactive exercises and real-world scenarios make the material engaging and applicable. Whether you're a beginner or brushing up your skills, this course offers solid value and leaves you feeling confident in your ability to work with SQL databases.

I learned a lot from this course and feel like I have a decent foundation on which to base my own work. The course did feel like a slog in parts, but overall it was engaging enough. I feel like my knowledge of joins is the weakest, so I'll likely need to look more into that.

The overall SQL bootcamp is good experience! The SQL class was informative and engaging, with the practical sessions being particularly helpful. however, the final theory session could benefit from more practical examples to reinforce understanding and provide a more comprehensive learning experience!

I would like to thank the course instructor for the detail explanations to the best of my understanding. however i would like to suggest that you upload downloadable theories maybe in pdf format for each lesson just like you do for the challenges and solutions. i literally copied down every lectures and this was slowing down the learning pace. Thanks.

I enjoyed this course. I think Daniel is a superb Database instructor. He makes learning the whys and hows of working with SQL easy and practical. And he helps reinforce what you learn with real-world [like] challenges to solve. I also loved the fact I could download resources. These gave a quick, easy way to access commands, practice exercises and solutions. Lastly, in my opinion, the course isn't too long. I am happy to recommend this course to others.

This was a really great course. I took this course to get familiar with SQL Server. I was really impressed of how he conceptually explained each topic in the course which provided a deeper understanding of what is going on when queries are being executed. I look forward to any other courses or content this instructor decides to create.

This is no doubt a good course for absolute beginners. It has its own unique approach and introduces the lesson as independent of future ideas as possible. Its a good place to start and I recommend it. By the time you're done and look at other materials you woulkd find yourself no longer a beginner. The course should intermediate people to some degree, even if it's merely as a refresher course. The tutor knows the job and the slides are very well presented, packaged and animated. Great job, Daniel Tate.

Throughout the course, the contents are designed according to its course title, "Learn by Doing". This course has helped me greatly in understanding and writing SQL queries. Since I started this course, I feel more confident in writing SQL queries. As a result of these skills, I received multiple offers and was hired at a reputable company. I would like to thank again the instructor Daniel Tait for his prompt response to my questions

Well the course was really good. Enjoyed every second of it. Instructor was really nice and He answered all of my questions and was very supportive. I would advise every beginner to take this course as myself I am and this course really helped me to have an interest in this language SQL.

This course is amazing; it covers just so much. I have really appreciated Daniel Tate's courses (this is the second one I've taken) because I love how clearly he goes through everything step-by-step with examples each step of the way. He includes the conceptual steps of how a query is being evaluated, so you can have a visual of how things are working, so that when confronted with your own real-life challenges, you can arrive at the best solutions. The course is well-structured, and there are plenty of hands-on challenges, which I really appreciated. Also, Daniel replies promptly to questions I've had; also much appreciated. I'd definitely take another course by this instructor!
