Course Description

The Course That Rewires Your Brain For Lean, Healthy Eating

If you're like most people, anytime you want to lose weight you probably go on a diet. Here's the problem. When it comes to weight loss, your DIET is extremely important...but GOING ON A DIET is different.

Going on a diet doesn't work--and that's pretty much a fact at this point. Loads of studies and research confirm this pretty conclusively. (Watch the first free preview video lecture to learn why.)

See, trying to lose weight by going on a diet is like going into a garden that's overrun with weeds...and TRIMMING the weeds, instead of pulling them out by the roots.

Yeah, that might make things look better for a little while, but it doesn't fix the source of the problem. And because the roots are still there under the surface, the weeds quickly grow back--just like your love handles always seem to grow back.

If you've been unable to get the body you desire, and the body you deserve, it's probably because you've been trying to change your end behaviors (the foods you eat, the exercises you do) without first creating the right foundation of habits & beliefs to support these new behaviors.

You see, real weight loss doesn't begin on your plate. And it doesn't begin in a gym. It begins...in your head. Because that's where you form your beliefs, forge your habits, and make the little day-to-day decisions that add up to make you the person you are today.

And that's why in this course you'll learn how to lose weight by starting at the root source of the problem. (Lecture Four)

You'll learn how to re-wire your brain for healthy eating that's automatic (no willpower required) using the science of neuroplasticity. (Lecture Twenty-Two)

You'll learn how to find where your limiting and disempowering beliefs are hiding, and replace them with more empowering beliefs and a stronger self-image. (Lecture Seven)

You'll learn how to avoid the common weight-loss pitfalls you keep falling into, again and again, without even realizing it. (Lecture Eight)

Finally, and most importantly, you'll learn how start thinking like a lean person...so you'll start acting like a lean person. (Lecture Twenty-Four)

And before you know it, you'll BE a lean person--inside and out.

* Note: This is not a diet. This is a mental reframing system that you can use with ANY diet in the world--including no diet at all, if you prefer to simply eat the foods you enjoy and still lose weight at a slow but steady clip. *

Neil O'Nova

Hi, I'm Neil O'Nova, the founder of Better-Looking Guy and StrongerLeaner .com.

My videos will help you look and feel your best in every way possible: from clearing your skin and framing your face to shedding fat and sculpting a more lean, healthy physique.

If there's one thing I learned from losing over forty pounds of fat and dramatically improving the way I look, it's that transforming your appearance is the best first step you can take to transforming every other area of your life, too.

No matter what you want to create in your life--whether it's wealth, love, fame, or anything in between--I believe you should always start by losing weight and improving the way you look. And there are a lot of good reasons why:

* You'll discover a newfound confidence in yourself that will motivate you to reach for more ambitious goals

* You'll get more respect and attention from other people (especially the opposite sex)

* You'll have more physical energy to tackle new projects and challenges

* You'll have a sharper mental focus and less "brain fog"

* You'll live longer, sleep better, and feel like a million bucks

Great, impactful course. Full of the right information. Got a lot out of it already, especially awareness which has made me think and choose better actions. Going to go through the course again. Thank you. Just a side note: I tried to access your website (strongerleaner.com) but there is a problem with signing up to the newsletter and videos are not showing.

I'm halfway through the course, I skimmed the topics for the last half. May I suggest a "chapter" on accepting your your weight loss success and celebrating your new body. I had previous success with weight loss (73 pounds) but due to a stumbling block ( a limiting belief) I told myself after the success I had, that this is too good to last. This is the main reason why I seeked some mental assistance for the new weight loss journey. I know exactly how powerful your mind can be and how important it is to invest in the right thought pattern to sustain change, but I need some guidance and "tools" for that. Best Wishes Christine (South Africa)

I'm speechless. This course is exceptional! It is unbelievable how much work you have done to crate these videos! They are amazingly well organised, they reach perfection, the powerpoints so helpful, too simple to understand and remember afterwards with so many exemples. You are a true professional! I started believing in myself again. I'm sure can do it now! I can be lean again! Thank you so much!

This course is challenging my old beliefs and stimulating new beliefs about weight loss, body image and food in general, to a point where it was even difficult to take breaks in between the sessions. I went into this course with commitment and open-mindedness. Its actually proving to be fruitful. I like the notion looking at diet in a more realistic and reasonable way. I was taken aback by the image of woman in handcuffs in session 8 "Re-framing health and would suggest the author to consider replacing that image with something not as disturbing. Some new concepts/ perspectives to be highly considered about this course. I thoroughly enjoyed this course and I am challenging myself to adapt my lifestyle to most of these concepts. Thank you kindly

good course to become more aware of limiting beliefs. loved the visualisation! little bit pity that they tune in on calories and say that you still can eat cake. If you are addicted to sugar it doesn't work even if it still fits into your calories for the day. if you eat sugar you will just go off and start getting to binge again.

it gave me a new way of looking at my beliefs in dieting. Eating health is a way of thinking and cnn be reprogrammed.. It gave me a rejenivated motivation to cook again, some thing I got way from, because of an emphasis on to do list instead of quality of things to be accomplished in a day. Quality eating vs midless eating. highly recommend it!

I believe I am current with the best weight loss knowledge, but the missing piece is bringing my subconscious along with the program. So far I am impressed with the weight loss pyramid and look forward to learning how to change my "I'm overweight" belief system. UPDATE - I am further along in the course and still enjoying it. One thing I have noticed that is bothering me is that 100% of the images used are of white people. I am a white person myself, so this doesn't make me feel excluded in any way, but the lack of inclusion of others still bothers me. UPDATE - I have finished the course and found it to be a valuable resource. Without getting our beliefs in line, sustained weight loss is not possible. I plan to view the course again in the future and continue to use other techniques (like guided meditations, etc.) to bring my subconscious in line with my health goals.

Material is great. Very useful information which, while not new to me, was useful to review. Technical sound glitches on a few of the videos which required going forward and backward a coup[le of times between lectures, but other than that, good stuff. Material would be improved by at least mentioning the effect of high glycemic index foods on blood sugar, insulin spikes and fat storage. Eating rice cakes will definitely cause spikes in blood sugar and insulin and result in weight gain, despite their low calories. Although I do agree that calories in/calories out is important, the fact remains that while weight loss is important, eating to prevent diabetes is critical to health. A person can be thin and still have diabetes. You do address that point by the instruction to be aware of portion size and frequency, but as a provider, I think that point could be emphasized more.

I have completed the course and I really enjoyed learning about the mentality needed to lose weight. I never understood why building a virtuous cycle was important and this was explained and now I understand why negativity doesn't work. I loved the exercises in the course so far because it has helped challenge my mindset. It would be great if there were more exercises in the course (e.g. homework).

This engaging course provides a great deal of information that is founded in evidence based research in an interesting and easy to comprehend manner. The instructor clearly has a solid understanding of the material and presents it in a way that is both educational and practical. The production quality was fine and I did appreciate the ability to speed it up without losing intelligibility. Definitely worth the price.
