This class was a perfect match for where I was in my home recording learning curve. David is an excellent, engaging instructor, and the class provides amazing value for the money. One particular thing I liked was how he was able to help me without having to provide DAW specific software advice by explaining the concepts and functionality one needs. It was very easy for me to then apply these concepts to GarageBand and improve my recordings. Thank you David!

This course covers a great spectrum - from how is sound produced, how best to record it, and here's how you can tweak it to make it better. I've done a bit of mixing with software but wanted to know more, why would I need or want to use effects for example. I got my answers, clearly explained, and learned a lot. A very experienced instructor who definitely knows his stuff.
