His strategy of providing examples and presenting scenario use cases during explanation, and final summary at the end of the topic, helps to reinforce the knowledge gained and provide more clarity. This course is very well structured and easy to follow. Each concept is explained clearly with practical challenges and Salesforce examples that reflect real-world use cases, which makes learning much more effective. I also appreciate that every topic includes an exam or quiz to test our knowledge and ensure we have understood the concepts properly before moving on. One suggestion for improvement would be to provide the key points or summary notes used during each lesson as downloadable cheat sheets. Currently, I need to spend extra time taking notes to capture important concepts. Having access to these resources would make learning more efficient and would be a valuable addition to an already excellent course. Overall, this is a great Salesforce course, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to build a strong understanding of Salesforce.

This course is a really helpful review. It's really well organized. Some updates have made a few references mentioned in the video out of order, like when he says we just went over something that we didn't or something like that, but that's just because he's moved something later in the presentation. It's overall organized very well, so just have faith he knows what he's doing because he does! I'm on video 77 in Section 4 as I write this.

so far i can follow along, the time on each element is not always true though. as sometimes links are included to follow a trail. as in step 13, showing 1min guide time, but the associated link took 20 mins to complete. I have now completed the course. Overall it was very well presented and easy to follow along with and understand. It covers a lot more than is on the trailmix for the admin exam although not as hands on. It would be better if some example mock exams where provided or some form of overall test of the entire material covered to highlight weak areas and then highlight areas to go back and review. Also some task or tasks at the end of each section, would be helpful, non tutor led, just to put the theory learnt into practice and deepen learning. Overall a high quality course well worth the money and would recommend as a compliment to other learning material such as trailhead trailmix paths.

Awesome material. I do have salesforce experience but as a manager and bare minimum admin tasks to get by. I literally had 4 days after my agentforce specialist exam and i went through trailhead mix as this was new format after Dec 15th! So there were no new videos or question dumps. But then i went through David's videos on a 2x speed and kind of trying to take a visual snapshot of the screens as much my brain could retain. But he went through so. many cases and in detail, it was very helpful. Also took a test from salesforce Ben and I think I got couple of same questions from there! But definitely this course is the reason I passed today, Keep on updating with latest material, you are doing a good job! Thank you!

I gave this course four stars because the instructor is excellent and clearly knows Salesforce inside and out. The course is very comprehensive and well structured. I really liked the format: each section walks through realistic scenarios, shows exactly where to find buttons and settings in Salesforce, and includes clear demos. I especially appreciated that after posing a scenario, the instructor gives you time to try it yourself and then walks through the correct solution in the same video. That approach worked very well for how I learn. This course absolutely helped me prepare for the exam, and I took and passed the Salesforce Administrator exam this morning. That said, I do believe the course is a bit outdated. My exam included multiple questions related to AI and Agentforce, and this course did not cover AI concepts or features at all. I would estimate there were at least 6-7 questions on the exam where that knowledge was needed. Overall, I still highly recommend this course for its clarity, depth, and teaching style. If the AI and Agentforce content were added or updated, this would easily be a five-star course.

I Unfortunately am the type of person that gets bored of online courses and never finish what I start. at least is who thought I was! until I started this course, super supper Dupper satisfied with myself that I completed it and I've come to realize it wasn't entirely me! it was the instructor! I am talking 4 courses in different fields that I either fell asleep in the middle of the sessions or just lost interest. Dave out here created this course for people like me who need little dopamine rushes after each session, as I got to feel that I had actually learned something and actually knew why I need it and when to apply it after every session which is what got me addicted to coming back to the course everyday, to the point where it felt like *Oh! Wow, Sadly the course is over* In Short, I know that this is not the end of the journey and I still have a lot of work to do but THANKS to you Mr.Dave, The Door has OPENED WIDE and I walked through safely to the SalesForce Ecosystem! Thanks Mr.Dave!

Yes, I can catch up the meaning and understand the ways to work on it in Salesforce. I think it's really enough for learner to understand each point from the trainer. Anyway, learner still need to go along and practice in salesforce to get a better understanding and confidence to apply to the real work.

This course really helped me grasp certain concepts that had been eluding me- even after much trailhead learning and hands on business user experience. The instructor puts things in layman's terms and also gives some really good personal tips that I know I will use. There had been aspects to certain capabilities in SF that were cloudy before but now I feel much more confident about pushing on with my learning and hopefully taking the Admin Cert exam very soon (and I am keen to learn more).
