The instructor is very knowledgeable and I am still at the beginning of the course, (and if section 2). The information is good, but the delivery makes it hard to follow. I need to rewatch the videos a few times to completely understand and process the information presented.

This course clarified things i know and use. I would have liked something extra on dealing with ones own reactions and fears to aggressive behaviours which we have to deal with physically at times and emotionally and professionally.

I thoroughly enjoyed this course. Sorin speaks from experience of many of her clients she coached to success. The delivery is very friendly but to the point and very well put together. He breaks down the process to clear steps one need to take in order to be successful. This is my fifth Sorin's course and I am planning to purchase all she has available as her teaching is very much life applicable.

Good theoretical base combined with some practical advises that can be easily executed and tracked. Great skills to work on and improve to help make the calls more smooth and help in my own life to improve on my emotional level of understading and acting. It is a great refresher of skills forgotten and a motivator of what one need to focus on to enhance a skill.

I have gone through the course and i must say it delivers on what it promises. The practical activities also helps in actually mastering the concepts taught in this course. Well presented with useful tips that can be put into use right away. Preference scales are described very useful way and every concept is very clear. I learned a lot of new things. Thanks!

Instructor talks to fast and does not give enough time to the student to absorb what has been said. The part about aggressive people is a lot better then the beginning of the course, but could be better set up. For example when asking 5-6 questions, have them all on the same slide in stead of splitting them up on two. By having them all on the same one you can more easily compare the answers.
